Great place just seconds from the beach! We arrived late (2 a.m.) from canceled fights and had trouble with the lock code. (User error) Someone answered my call immediately and got us right in. There’s beach supplies such as a wagon, chairs, umbrella and even towels, which were so convenient. I highly reccomend this place! Great stay!

My boyfriend and I were extremely pleased with this location. It had everything we needed and more. We always took the Frog Hop to and from the village. The access to the pool and beach was an easy walk. The beach was not crowded and was the perfect distance away from the main crowd. If I ever travel back to Siesta Key, I will absolutely be staying in the same location.

Couldn’t have found a better place to stay for our trip. After full days at the beaches, sightseeing, and exploring it was so nice to get back to our little house to enjoy the quiet and relaxing oasis. Truly a wonderful place to stay.

Alex was very professional and promptly addressed any issues we had. By issues I mean, getting us more towels and fixing the pool where it was losing water. Would definitely recommend this place!

Colleen’s accommodations included all the comforts of home. We truly enjoyed our 8 day stay. Colleen is a great host and we highly recommend doing business with her.

All around, probably the best AirBNB I've every stayed at in terms of value. I'm typically a very hard critic, however, I can honestly say the home was nicer than I was anticipating (which is very rare). 100% satisfied!

Immediately upon arrival, I thought that the pictures did not do this place justice. It was clean, spotless, and very well stocked this house had everything we could possibly need and even things we didn’t even think we needed it, but had available. We enjoyed the location being fairly close to the beach yet private and away from The madness of the tourists. We really enjoyed sitting in the pool or on the back patio and watch all the wildlife, especially the birds coming and going. It was peaceful, relaxing, and everything we needed to get away from the Midwest for spring break. Thank you so much to the host For staying in communication and being so great.

This was a sisters vacation….and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend it. The home was beautiful and right near the beach. The pool was private and clean. We loved the feeling every time we walked in the door. We walked to dinner and shops and coffee. And any questions were answered right away. Can’t wait to come back.

Great location. The pictures were accurate. Barb and her husband were friendly as I talked to both of them and are dog friendly. An easy walk to the beach and to Siesta Key Village. There’s even beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. My family and I will be staying there in the future.

The condo was beautiful and actually larger than I expected. Sometimes the photos are deceiving regarding the size of rooms and this condo is spacious and open. 5 minute walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely return to this condo for future visits to AMI.

Our family of 8 stayed very comfortably at Calico! It was stocked with everything we needed. The location was awesome…close walk to beach, across the street from grocery, easy to catch the trolly and biking distance to anything! We absolutely loved every minute of our family beach vacation! We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We really appreciated having the beach gear, including a wagon the transport everything. Very convenient! Beautiful beaches within 30 minutes. Wellen Park and Warm Mineral Springs worth checking out! Irina was very responsive. Pool temp was a little cooler than our comfort level and some of the outdoor things are a bit warn (basketball hoop broken, pool floats, etc.). Other than that the place was just perfect! Highly recommend!

close to white sugar powder sand beaches, shops, grocery stores. the security was top of the line friendly and professional. awesome location. Cold A/C. hot showers. nice screened in pation. Zero complaints, we will be back again. thank you for letting my family borrow your residence for a week!

The home was as described. We really enjoyed the pool, and everything we needed was there. Our dog loved the fenced backyard too. The mattresses were very comfortable. While we were a little hesitant about plane noise after our arrival, the air traffic didn’t interrupt our sleep or fun at all. Highly recommend Gina’s listing, and we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful space, modern decor & high end linens. Exceptionally clean, great location, 8 minute walk to gorgeous beach.

Unfortunately due to personal reasons, we had to leave the rental after 30 minutes. The place was as advertised. Next to beach. Rental was clean on arrival. during booking process, the Rental company answered questions quickly.

The property was extremely clean and very well maintained . If you are looking into staying at this listing, go ahead and book as you will feel right at home . The host had a great communication as well !
