Built in September 2019, Evanz Apartment is a very clean & secured complex. A two and half hour drive from Manila is Balanga, a province rich in history, particularly World War II stories. The city has plenty of historical sites that every Filipino and tourist alike should visit. You can explore the Balanga Wetland and Nature Park and or witness the bravery and sacrifice of the soldiers at the Bataan World War II Museum. We also offer van rentals for airport pickups, drop offs, & private tours.

Enjoy staycationing in our 2 floor-Townhome with 2 airconditioned BRs, 2 toilets & baths. Living room is Airconditioned too. Bedrooms are in the 2nd floor and might not be conducive to Senior Citizens. Complete with kitchen amenities for simple cooking. It has an Ecosphere UV Water Purifier for 24/7 clean, healthy water. No need to bring water bottles. Bugs and mosquitoes are natural occurrence in my property since at the back is a forest. Refrain from opening windows and doors.

If you came from Manila, you are just a bus ride away with us via Genesis & Bataan Transit. Clark Airport is an hour drive and 3 minute from Orion Ferry terminal . Around 1 hour drive from tourist spots.

Native House with beautiful pool, double room for 4 adults or 2 adults + 2 children with separate kitchen. We also offer a tent to our valued guests against a small fee on site. The tent will be pitched in front of the Native House giving an additional space for 2-3 adults. Just let us know... This is a big property comprising several hectares in beautiful Bataan province, north west of Manila.

Transient Place with Pool in Orion Bataan

The place is a two-storey guesthouse wherein the kitchen is on the first floor and the rooms are on the second floor. The rooms are fully airconditioned. Each room can fit up to 5 people. The base price is P3,500 for max of 3pax and additional P500 per pax exceeding 3 pax. Kids are NOT free. The place is walking distance from the marketplace and from a famous pizza place in town.
