The 1,500 sq. ft. apartment is on the lower level of a 6,000 sq. ft. home with amazing views of Lake Norman and its own private entrance. Wake up and see the sunrise or relax on the dock and watch the sunset over the lake! Relax in the 7 person hot tub while looking out at the lake. The separate building in some of the pictures is a boathouse that holds lake equipment for your use and is not the apartment Please, No Smoking!

Welcome to this charming lakefront house on Lake Norman. This property is the perfect getaway for relaxation and family fun! It is tucked back in a quiet cove that is ideal for kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, fishing or relaxing on a float. It is less than a minute boat ride from the main channel, where you can enjoy waterskiing, wakeboarding, wake surfing, tubing and much more! Relax while having a drink over the water at the dock bar which is equipped with a refrigerator and bar stools.

Cozy Guesthouse on the Lake

A peaceful, quiet cover on the lake with lots of lake toys! Relax by the firepit or on the swing under the deck, or take a dip in the lake. You can also enjoy our kayaks, our paddleboard, or one of our several floats to lounge the day away! We have several life jackets available for various sizes but best to bring your own if you need one for a little one. You have your own space on a shared property. The owners live in the main house and happy to help as little or as much as needed!

This warm and cozy cottage has been freshly remodeled while maintaining its charming character with exposed rock walls in the open floor plan living areas. This house offers three bedrooms upstairs located above the walkout basement living area with a full bath upstairs.
