A romantic retreat in a delightful rural setting, our cosy cottage is perfect for a relaxing break in East Cornwall. Your own private garden and over an acre of our rewilded grounds to explore leading down to the River Lynher, fishing rights included. Easy access to local market towns, the coast at Looe, Whitsand bay, historic Plymouth, Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor. Can be rented with our other property Tallat Barn, just across the lane. Please note we can not accept bookings with babies/children.

We have combined the beauty of our 25 acres of woodland and paddocks with a modern, contemporary touch of Cornish luxury, so soak up the stunning views in your perfectly secluded own hot tub and enjoy.

The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

Willow Barn Cottage

Willow Barn Cottage is a lovely compact one bedroom cottage located in the grounds of Willow Barn. Recently redecorated and refurbished It is a beautiful place to stay in South east Cornwall easy driving distance of the coastal towns of Looe, Polperro and Fowey. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen & bathroom, access to Sky TV (including Sports and Movies), Netflix and Amazon Prime. The cottage has a private hot tub in its own garden which is available at all times throughout the year.

Tides allowing, enjoy sailing, paddling, or swimming - within yards of your door. Or just soak up the view and read by the woodburner. A bird watching haven - egrets, swans, geese, avocets, osprey, European roller (2023) and this year ... a sea eagle! Masses of walking trails and cycling.
