Inlet Retreat has 3 charming bedrooms with a central common area great for gathering. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a separate shower and tub area and a walk in closet. The remaining 2 bedrooms share a bath with the coolest barn door style shower door. Three outdoor areas- a front screened porch, a private master screened porch overlooking the backyard and an attached and open backyard deck with propane grill for cooking outside and outdoor seating with umbrella shade for four- offer private areas if desired or another gathering spot for guests. The property is a quick golf cart ride to restaurants, bars, and shopping at the popular Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk. It is a short drive to the nearest beach with public access and parking and the many expansive golf courses along the Grand Strand of South Carolina Golf cart transportation is fun within the neighborhood and the Marsh Walk. We recommend car transportation to other attractions. Uber is readily available.

Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

The attached apartment is the entire top level of our home, a private entrance. It has a bedroom with one queen bed, full kitchen, living room, and bathroom w/shower. Whole house 5 bedrooms (3 on 1st floor) - Captains Quarters, Octopus Outlook, Seahorse Sanctuary, Hollywood Room, & Sea Turtle Cove. Private pool, screened porch, hot tub, & sauna. Dogs allowed - a $35 per dog, per visit pet fee will be billed separately. In the woods between the ocean & the ICWW. It is more like a camping vacation than a high end beach resort. Expect lots of leaves, bugs, frogs, lizards & spiders. Owners closets, garage, & office not included. New hot tub 6/25.

We are on the Waterfront, also the natural part of Murrells Inlet. We have beautiful sunrises and views of the Inlet from our patio and backyard. The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway, which is part of the East Coast Greenway, runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South of us. The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.

Our centrally located condo is on second floor at the Summerhouse at the Litchfield Resort in Pawleys Island (elevator access). One bedroom condo, two queen beds, pull out sofa in the living room, walk in shower. Furnished balcony off the living room overlooks pool area. My condo is on the top floor which gives you a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom and living room with cathedral ceilings have a wall of glass giving you a spectacular view of the sunrise over the ocean. The living area has sliding doors to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom has a tempurpedic queen bed. The guest room has a queen bed and a bunkbed for children. The kitchen is well supplied.

Come enjoy the newly renovated golf course! This second floor condo provides a laid back atmosphere that is within walking distance to golf, pub, pool ,and a short drive to the beach. The condo sleeps 6 (1 King, 2 full, and a queen pull out couch). Relax on the front porch in one of the rockers, or enjoy listening to the rain on the screened-in back porch. *Motorcycles are not allowed on property.
