We believe in sovereign living, lodging and learning. It's a working farm, and we provide fresh products for you to fix your own breakfast, at your own pace. We work with other local producers and artists to provide a unique experience. The entire house sleeps up to 10 with double beds in both lofts, queen size beds in both master bedrooms and 2 single foldouts. There are 2 walk-in showers, a stocked kitchen, and dining for up to 12. Enjoy the open design and the wrap around deck with hot tub.

Quiet+private 2 bdrm cabin. Located just 5 miles from e. state st. and 7 miles to court st. Our cabin is furnished with 2 king beds, linens provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker and outside gas grille. The bathroom has a tub/shower and was recently renovated. Cabin has 2 porches that offer great country views. This is a convenient and comfortable, above garage apartment, within a mile or so from uptown Athens, just off of Richland Ave. Equipped with everything you might need, including wifi, full kitchen and bath, central heat, and A/C. and then some. Many updates have occurred since original listing, paired w lots of little changes, as a result of positive feedback. Please bare with me as it's a continual art in progress. Detached studio apartment located on 25 acres with access to almost 300 acres for walking and fishing(catch and release). Studio apartment has a full kitchen and bathroom, two bed nooks, a chair, and table with four barstools. The space is heated using radiant floor during cool weather and during warm weather cooled by a window unit AC. Owners live about 30ft from rental on the property.

These are situated on a 150 acre farm with stunning countryside as far as the eye can see. The lodge has a lot of room for guests with varying wants and desires including free WiFi.
