I was looking for a place close to the grandview hospital and for that, Clint’s place suited me perfectly. It was a quick 5 mins drive. They had a gym that was perfect. The apt had all the amenities and wake up Birmingham are quite responsive to any questions and ready to help. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. We stayed for a month and had enough linen and all the utensils needed for cooking everyday. The beds are comfortable and it’s a great place. I only have one recommendation. If the garage fob can be placed along with the apt key in the lockbox it would be easier to just enter the garage with the car once retrieved.

Place was clean, very accessible, quite, & peaceful! We will use it again.

The apartment was much like Gadsden itself, vintage, rehabbed, unique, close to nature. I stayed on the 15th floor of what appears to be a 1970s era 15 story apartment building in town. It's easy to spot, being one of the taller buildings, and has a great view. It's an easy walk to the main drag, Broad Street, and only a few more blocks to a popular place called Back Forty Beer Co.. The bathroom was vintage - even had a working Chromlox wall heater, while the kitchen was completely rehabed with new appliances and handsome marble countertops. You use a code to sign into the lobby and then another code to unlock your apartment door. Plenty of off street parking . The rent, the tax (9% in AL), $45 for cleaning, and Air BnB service fee amounted to $180 for the night. The area around Gadsden is very pretty. Nice hiking trails near the Falls, which are about a seven minute drive away.

Frances was an amazing host. The unit was a perfect location for anyone going to an event at Talladega Speedway.

Great view, fun place to stay to say you did it once. Lots of residence seem to be nosey to air bnb guest. I was asked every time I went to the lobby what floor I was on and if I was staying like the long term air bnbers. We stayed one night for the view and location. It seems to be overpriced considering the atmosphere of those that live at the tower. If I stayed again I don't believe I could at the price I paid. Otherwise good host and clean little apartment.

Booked this for one of our employees for a temporary stay in Ashland, AL. The employee was very happy with the stay and the amenities provided at the AirBnb. It was a clean, charming place for a temporary stay.

We enjoyed our stay. It was as described and very convenient to JSU. The bar noise was noticeable only at closing to us, the host provided ear plugs if preferred to potentially being woken up. We had no problems with parking and the unit was very clean and homey with a lighted tree in living room for the holiday. Would stay again, thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Sunny and Rusty’s place so much!! The house is absolutely beautiful with so much attention to detail. We had the entire bottom floor with two bathrooms, a living room where we watched tv, big bedroom, comfy bed, a full kitchen and washer and dryer and which we didn’t use but it was nice to have the option if we needed to. There is also a sitting room and formal dining room that we didn’t use but it was beautiful! This was my first trip to Talladega and we were here for the race. The place was perfect - a 10-15 min drive and so peaceful. The porches are so nice to sit and enjoy coffee and there are restaurants in walking distance and others are a short drive. There is a Walmart just a few mins away too. Sunny and Rusty were so responsive and allowed us to check in early when we made it to town earlier than we thought! The instructions were great! We throughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again! Thank you Sunny and Rusty!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! The pictures do not do it justice. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, in a safe neighborhood, not far from town but not in the middle of the hustle/bustle, close to the interstate, and perfectly located between Birmingham and Talladega. Wendy was responsive and flexible when our flight was delayed by multiple hours, and we weren’t able to arrive until the wee hours of the morning. She even left the lights on outside so we could see to get in and had water/snacks there for us. Check-in was a breeze, and check out requests were reasonable. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Micah is always an amazing host. He always goes beyond just being an Air BnB host to make sure everything is taken care of. He even gave info on getting some properties as well. While in Alabama launching many different business endeavors, it's so nice to always have a place to stay and a good host while there!

Great place to stay, close to a lot essential locations, especially if you work at the Depot. Will look this place up whenever I'm in Anniston.
