Martin jr’s place was clean, well equipped with everything we needed for our group of 9 , everything was clean and as described, he was very responsive to anything we needed, the pool was great we all loved it, and had a lil bbq for our family.. neighborhood was very nice and quiet,, a panaderia right in the corner, we felt very safe … thank you martin for having us at your beautiful and comfortable home , see you nxt time

To put it simply, the house was remarkable, and I would have to say the same about Dolores and how helpful and responsive she was to anything I needed. The description and pictures of the house matched perfectly and, honestly, it was even better in person.

Everything was perfect! From the communication, before during and after our stay, to the absolutely perfect get away. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Such a beautiful stay !!! Will definitely come back. The area at first seemed pretty sketchy but I LOVED how clean the place was, every room had a lot of towels, all of the ACs worked, the pool was heated and had super cute lights, the TVs worked and all had streaming services, the water was warm to shower and we had 6 guests, and there was an outside bathroom with a shower which was a perfect plus!!! Super affordable as well. It exceeded my expectations!! And Zaira was an angel and sent us a list of recommendations which was super helpful. 10000/10 I loved this place so much!

Our group enjoyed our stay here, they were very helpful and responsive when we needed them. Very beautiful home. Only thing I would suggest is maybe adding air vents to the bathrooms because none of them had air vents and maybe adding an outlet closer to the bed to charge our phones next to us. Overall, it was very accommodating to our needs. Just be mindful, in the backyard there are cameras that follow you so it can become very uncomfortable to swim in the pool. Also, as someone stated before the dryer does not work well. You have to put your clothes 2/3 times for it to dry, and even then it still doesn’t dry fully. It leaves it a little damp. But, overall everyone enjoyed staying here and was pleased with the house. Just minor changes that can be made to make the house perfect.

Brenda's place was just as described. It was very close to the airport not even a 10 minute drive. Close to major highways to get to anywhere. Also there is a shopping center and supermarket close by. We found the home very accommodating and clean. It had everything we needed. The living room and kitchen was spacious. The bedrooms were also comfortable. The two full bathrooms was very nice to have. The AC worked to its full potential. Our two children enjoyed the pool very much. The outside patio was very well kept and neat. I like the gazebo and the seating arrangements. In all my family and I enjoyed this home very much. We would definitely return for a second visit. Thank You.

This place was so beautiful clean and very comfortable the host was so accommodating it had a nice pool you can tell the property is very well kept and the place looks exactly like the pictures I really can't say enough about this place I absolutely loved it and this will definitely be my go to spot when I return to Puerto Rico

The entire family enjoyed our week at Jeanette’s beautiful condo! The private beach and pool were unbeatable, and we loved the rooftop terrace, hammock, and ocean view. The kids especially appreciated the Ms. Pac-Man game and karaoke machine. The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful week and was a great base from which to explore Puerto Rico!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and accommodating, making our experience even better. We would definitely return and highly recommend this Airbnb to others!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The pictures were good but the apartment looks better in person than in the pictures. Zenen and Wanda were very responsive and easy to get ahold of! We had a minor issue with the ac(ended up just being that the batteries in the ac remote needed to be changed) we contacted them and they fixed the issue within the hour! We appreciated how fast they responded to us. You can tell they actually care. Aquátika also is a lovely place. The landscaping & the pool areas were beautiful and clean. Aquatika also has 24/7 security & is gated so we felt extra safe! I definitely would recommend staying booking with Zenen and Wanda.

Evelyn’s place is clean and everything is as described. The location within the resort is great also. I would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Anytime I had a question With was quick to respond. The AC was a nice reprieve from the heat, and the beds were comfortable and provided a restful night of sleep. The condo was very clean and welcoming. The kids enjoyed the basketball court and the pools. Hopefully we can enjoy the lazy river the next time we come back. The unit is very secure within a gated community, but the neighborhood felt very safe, and we walked to a delicious dinner at a restaurant just down the road. We also attended a church service in the neighborhood and felt very welcomed. My only suggestion might be to beef up the kitchen equipment offerings a bit (maybe include some bar/casserole type dishes like a 9x13 pan, a few more plates, bowls and glasses given the unit accommodates 7 people, and dish soap and a kitchen towel for drying dishes) but we survived with what was provided. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!
