A perfect villa to stay while visiting family in the area - we felt very much at home, and loved the location. Very peaceful - and a very comfortable house.

Wij hebben 1 week in het appartement verbleven. Het is erg ruim en heeft goede voorzieningen. Het ligt heel makkelijk bereikbaar en toch midden in centrum. We hebben ons er erg thuis gevoeld. Erg sfeervolle en meg zorg ingerichte woning. We zullen het een volgende keer zeker weer boeken

É o 4.º ano seguido que alugo a casa (seja em contexto familiar ou amigos) e é sempre uma experiência maravilhosaaa! A casa está super bem equipada (eletrodomésticos, cozinha, etc) e este ano com a novidade das camas serem novas. A nível de limpeza também não temos nada a dizer. A localização é ótima (faz-se tudo a pé e fica a 5 minutos do Pingo Doce maior) o acesso “privado” para a praia é fantástico. A senhora que nos recebe é muito simpática! Espero conseguir voltar no próximo ano! 🙂

Tudo correu muito bem! O apartamento é confortável e bem localizado. Anfitriã, Maria, muito simpática e prestável! Fez-me sentir bem-vinda e ajudou com tudo o que precisei. Recomendo!

Der Aufenthalt bei Jorge war super. die Wohnung ist sehr hell und modern eingerichtet. Alle Räume bieten ausreichend Platz, es gibt sogar eine Dusche im Außenbereich. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze und die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, TV etc.) Besonders positiv war die Kommunikation mit Jorge, der sehr schnell antwortet und immer hilfsbereit war. Wir bedanken uns für eine wunderbare Zeit auf Porto Santo!

This is the closest to paradise that we have ever been. Pedro is an amazing host & picked us up at the ferry, took us to his house where Maria, the wonderful housekeeper, waited for us. Together they showed us where is what & how it works. Colourful plants everywhere, the totally great sandy beach*, basically no insects around (December), 20+ degrees and mostly sunny (ok, we were lucky) - the sea still warm and great for swimming. Perfect. The location of the house could not be better, more or less opposite a big supermarket and one house away from the emergency medical centre (which came in very handy when I had a bad fall - x-rayed, broken hip, next morning evacuated by the Air Force to a hospital in Funchal, new hip the same day - all impressively efficient and very friendly). * In January, a bad storm with violent waves washed away a major part of the sand - so stones it is until a storm brings back the sand from the sea - this apparently happens from time to time.

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need. It felt incredibly comfortable and welcoming. The highlight was the stunning terrace with breathtaking mountain views. The rooms were spacious, each with its own storage space, heater, and private bathroom - so convenient! The beds were extremely comfortable, and we never had any issues with temperature or light. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry room made our stay even better. A huge thank you to Fernando, the host, who was simply outstanding. His communication was seamless, and he provided fantastic recommendations, from local tips to weather updates. His attentiveness and hospitality truly made a difference. If you’re deciding between this Airbnb and another - choose this one! You won’t regret it. It’s an absolute gem, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you, Fernando, for an unforgettable stay!

A casa tem todas as condições para passar férias em família. A localização é muito boa ,central e sossegada.Recomendamos!!
