Second time staying at Minh’s home ☺️ comfortable and homey, convenient location with many surrounding restaurants and a mall nearby. The apartment was as advertised, slightly dated and there were a couple of bugs around but otherwise clean.

Căn hộ giống y như trong hình, rất sạch sẽ và tiện nghi và ấm áp. Có đầy đủ đồ dùng sinh hoạt. Ngay bên dưới là trung tâm thương mại lớn. Nhiều hoạt động vui chơi, giải trí mua sắm, ăn uống… Chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện, phản hồi rất nhanh. Mình đi 2 gia đình và có em bé nhỏ nên đã liên hệ nhờ chủ nhà hỗ trợ cho mình được nhận phòng sớm nếu có thể. Họ đã nhờ các cô tạp vụ dọn dẹp căn phòng sạch sẽ ngay khi khách trước dời đi để gia đình mình có thể lên nhận phòng sớm hơn so với giờ quy định. Chị chủ thì đón và hướng dẫn mình đưa các bé lên phòng. Còn anh chủ thì hướng dẫn chồng mình nơi để xe của căn hộ. Thực sự vô cùng cảm kích. Nhờ có sự giúp đỡ của anh chị mà chuyến đi của gia đình mình thuận lợi và rất đáng nhớ. Nếu có dịp nhất định mình sẽ quay lại căn hộ của anh chị

Un appart parfait pour passer quelques jours voire plus sur Hanoï. Il est situé au 10eme étage d'un immeuble de haut standing. les chambres sont très confortables et les clim très efficaces. La cuisine est bien équipée et permettrait de se faire facilement à manger. Le lave linge et sèche linge ont été bien pratique après notre semaine de vadrouille dans les montagnes (en 3 h tout était lavé et sec - le propriétaire avait laissé une petite réserve de produit de lavage ce qui est très appreciable). Au 3eme il y a une petite piscine très agréable ! De la piscine on voit le lac. Le personnel au RDC est très attentionné et gentil. On a goûté le restaurant 1946 qui était recommandé : on a adoré ! Dès que je peux, je reviens ! Je recommande en tout cas!

We had a very pleasant stay at Hoa’s apartment in ocean park. Great location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a TP bank around the corner that doesn’t charge fees to withdraw money with a monzo card. There is a shopping mall within 35 minute walk and the biggest man made beach in Vietnam. Takes about 45 minutes to drive from the airport. The host is very responsive, polite and helpful. We stayed at Hoa’s place on two separate occasions. The bed is big and comfortable. My only observation would be about the cleaning that could have been better and attention to detail. Also you will hear a lot of beeping from the busy junction on the road but with the windows shut it is bearable. The apartment is beautiful. Overall I would recommend.

I had a fantastic stay, the house was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. Giang was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and always happy to help. I really appreciated the little touches, like fresh sheets and helping me with airport taxi arrangements.

The responsiveness of the host and the cleanliness of the property. Definitely will come back again!
