This beautiful 2 bedroom dwelling is 3 miles from the ocean, minutes from Rt. 95 to explore the north and south areas of Maine and NH . Situated in a quiet neighborhood close to all amenities. It is on the second floor (lower level vacant). There is a large screened 3 season porch and a large deck with a grill and sizeable eating area. Maximum of 4 people.

Just voted the safest town to live in Maine, located close to downtown Portland, the Portland Jet Port, Freeport, beautiful Maine beaches, apple orchards, a Gorgeous wedding venue a mile away called Caswell Farm and close to trails for hiking, my home has many options. It's a great spot for a group of 6 or a couple of 2 to unwind.

A quick 5 minute walk to Long Sands Beach without crossing any busy roads with your beach stroller and you pop out right at Stones Throw Restaurant and Bar. 10 minute walk to York Wild Kingdom and downtown shops with too many great spots to mention.
