Our apartment was very clean, sheet as well. The kitchen had everything what you need, there were plenty of towels in the apartment and beach supplies were helpful. The contact with the landlord was very good, he was nice and answered quickly, Is also access to a new washer and dryer. The only minus was the mess in the garden and old junks that were everywhere, as well as the neglected greenery. 9/10

Our stay was great. The home was extremely clean and decorated well. There was plenty of room for us and location was perfect. This was one of the best places we have stayed. You can tell Daryl and Tina take great pride in their home. Highly recommend this place.

Alex's place was great and convenient to everything we wanted to do while we were there for Spring Training.

This is by no exaggeration the BEST air BnB we have stayed in. The host was VERY accommodating, the home was spotless and well maintained. In addition the place was very well stocked with extra amenities for us to use at the beach. We are a large family and we could feel this home was put together with family in mind. We are saving this place to stay in again in the future!!

“Better than the Ritz” MAGICAL sunrises that are visible from just about anywhere on the property. Enjoyed peaceful evenings by the glistening water that surrounds. Enjoyed chatting with my 2 teenagers at the dining table on the screened in porch. My 14 year old son loved that he could fish all day and night. (Bait shop was only a 5 min drive) All 3 beds were luxuriously comfortable. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom tucked into it with luxury showers and tastefully simplistic design. The cottage is built with AUTHENTIC wood (cedar i think?) that adds to the feeling of being grounded in nature. Nice pool steps from the back door. Sunsets on the beach are an easy walk across the street. The “Our Place” toaster oven/air fryer works great. Cooking with a view is much more enjoyable! Wish I could live here and would love to return asap. Thank you Jack for your hospitality!!!

We had a wonderful, comfortable stay at Gulfside. We appreciated the new tv’s in each room, the pool table, games, jigsaw and well equipped kitchen. Not to mention how clean everything was and 3 nice bathrooms. It made our stay easy and really enjoyable.

Roberto was a great host he met us when we got their and showed us around. he had recommendations for food options for us. I lived the artwork in his home and his home was spotless. he even kept a chilled beer glass in the freezer (which my boyfriend loved) it's the little things that make it great! we will definitely be staying again!

Great location with lots to do in walkable restaurants. The host was great and the neighbors were great. Highly recommend.
