This en-suite bedroom is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. NOTE: there is no access to the main house and no shared spaces. Welcome to our stylish and spacious 1920's detached home-from-home on the outskirts of Southampton, less than 15 minutes from the unique Peppa Pig World and the stunning New Forest. With it’s 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, beautiful garden and huge cabin, the space is just as perfect for families and friends to socialise and chill-out in, as for those needing to stay for nearby work. Smart TVs in every bedroom, plenty of free parking, with the M27 motorway and supermarkets only a few minutes away.

Walking distance to The General Hospital, Soton Uni and The City Centre (see photos), my bright, clean and cosy flat would make the perfect stay for anyone traveling for work or a get away. A home from home it has everything you’ll need to settle in. It’s opposite Soton common, too, so you can enjoy well-being nature walks and fresh air within 3 minutes of leaving the front door. The local pub is one corner away, Sainsbury local is up the road and there is a Voi station nearby.

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
