We hope you enjoy our beautiful Playa Negra home, as we enjoy sharing it with others while we travel. Gated community and very safe. Short walk to three beaches including a top surf beach, plus a small pool in our garden. We are digital nomads so we have 100mbps fiber optic internet, plus a backup internet, and a battery backup system, so overall really reliable work from home setup. Furniture is all new, couches, mattresses, etc., so super comfy!

Nuestra casa está ubicada en 2.3 acres en Finca Los Pargos, a 5 minutos de la montaña de Playa Negra en un área única, que ofrece total privacidad y muy cerca de playas interminables. La casa tiene un plano de planta abierto con grandes puertas corredizas a la terraza y la piscina, lo que crea un amplio espacio para disfrutar del bosque interminable que lo rodea. Los atardeceres desde la propiedad son puramente mágicos sobre el Océano Pacífico.
