House, garden & patio have amazing harbour views. Sit on the bench watching the boats. Families, couples, children & 🐕‍🦺 dogs welcome. 1 min level walk to car park. We are opposite the slipway so have easy access to launch. A 5 min walk to Fowey’s shops & restaurants. We have a 1 bed flat sleeps 2, The Slipway Suite four doors away.

Downstairs has 2 beautiful double rooms & bathroom. Free off-road parking for 2 cars Close to north & south coast beaches, Heligan, Charlestown & Eden are all a 20 minute drive. The Piggery is a lovely, cosy holiday cottage which is equipped to a high standard. There is adjacent parking and a private seating area outside. Free WiFi is available as well as Freeview TV. The location is peaceful and rural with the added bonus of easy access to the North and South coast, the A30 just 2 miles away. Visitor attractions in the local area includeThe Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, Bodmin Jail and the Port of Charlestown. A maximum of two small dogs are welcome free of charge.

The Garden Studio is a delightfully sunny, stylish suite on the second floor of an imposing granite townhouse in the historic heart of bustling, Medieval Lostwithiel. Enjoy a super-king sized bed, large private bathroom with double shower and two pretty balconies. Private access is through a door in the wall of the of the 'secret' garden - which guests are welcome to enjoy. The suite is accessed via an external staircase. Pottery lessons can be booked on request in my on-site pottery studio.

Krowji means ‘cottage’ or ‘cabin’ in Cornish and is a timber-framed single-storey build next to our 300 year old cottage. A cosy, yet light and airy retreat for two, Krowji is located at the end of a private lane in Carlyon Bay, just a 20 minute walk from the bustling historic harbour of Charlestown. Krowji offers off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed outdoor courtyard with seating areas. * Please note, although at the end of a quiet lane, we are next to the main rail line.

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
