Guest House Has: Parking area, two Illinois river lots, electric grill, screened in porch. ALL linens, towels, Bed sheets!!

This home is a fully restored 1 story Federal house, which you will have full access to. It is located close to the Mark Twain Boyhood Home, and right off Broadway. The house comes furnished with seating, furniture, and 2 Roku televisions. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, a dining room, living room, and a kitchen. The home has central air conditioning and heating, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a beautiful clawfoot cast-iron tub with shower. There is off street parking.
