This home is beautiful. Was exactly as shown. Location was central to our outings. Hannah was quick to respond. There are a lot of fun games to play. If we are in the area again we would definitely book this home again.

Great house … they thought of everything… Kleenex ….plastic bags and foil….seasonings…..all the little things you need and usually have to bring.

House well arranged with all that you need. Clean and neat. Easy to access. Well located. Rob is a very responsive host. Would stay there again if another opportunity arises.

A beautiful place to wake up and look at the mountains! Me and my friends really enjoyed our selves! Would recommend staying here and the host responded super fast with anything needed (not that there was anything wrong) 10/10!!

The perfect place to stay in Greeley. The house has everything you could need and the backyard is great for dogs. I will definitely book again next time I am in the area.

Wow! Our group of 6 adults, 2 small children, and 3 dogs had the BEST time. The house is right near the cute downtown area and about a mile from the Argo Mine. We spent time shopping and eating downtown, went on the mine tour, and drove up to Echo Lake for a hike. All awesome! The kitchen had so many great appliances and dishware which was amazing because we cooked a big dinner one of the nights and we grilled out on the back deck. Also well stocked with kid friendly dishes. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the upstairs area we fit two pack n plays and 2 adults sleeping up there. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend for a family friendly weekend!

If you are looking for a great little mountain house close to ski resorts and walkable to restaurants this is a gem! Susan was easy to deal with and very accommodating to our group’s needs. She doesn’t live in Colorado so sometimes responses were not immediate but she did always get back to us and was very helpful. We came for a few days to have a quick spring break ski trip with our teens and this house checked all the boxes. Not fancy - but super comfortable. Looks like the photos and was easy to get to and get in. Adorable mid century vibe with an eclectic assortment of furnishings this is one we will tell our friends about & save to come back to!

My stay here was great it was a beautiful home and very spacious for my family and me . They had lots to do at the house , overall we had a great stay and communication was great as well we would definitely stay again !

Great Airbnb. Julie was a very kind host and was able to accommodate our special requests on short notice. Easy to find the entrance and just as described. We didn’t have a car but using ride shares and walking was super convenient. Area felt safe and was quiet but still in walking distance of restaurants, bars, stores, coffee shops, etc. Enjoyed using the patio in the main bedroom and loved being able to make drip coffee in the mornings. Amazing water pressure in the shower! Would recommend this place to others.

We absolutely loved this place! It was our first time visiting Denver, and it exceeded our expectations. Jessica was incredibly communicative and shared helpful information throughout our stay. She even provided a coffee from Coda that my husband really enjoyed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience — highly recommend!

Very responsive host. Clear instructions for entry and for check out. Cozy spot. I was there for 8 days, so it was perfect for one person for that long period of time. I could see staying there as a couple for a few nights.

Glenn’s place was exceptional. Very quiet and well maintained with lots of helpful amenities.

Rebekah place was great! I mean it was very small but I am 6'4 so yeah that place made me a giant lol all in all it was a great place to stay! I will definitely have to book another stay at this place in the future!

Ivo's place was just perfect for my husband and myself. It is very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We liked the private entrance, the quiet neighborhood, and the proximity (easy walking distance) to the Coal Creek Trail and local shops. Ivo checked in to make sure all was well and was quickly responsive to a minor appliance glitch. We hope to stay there again on future visits to Lafayette.

El alojamiento de Joyce es muy cómodo, acogedor y modesto, cuenta con todo lo que un viajero puede necesitar. Esta en una área muy linda, limpia y segura para caminar y desplazarse tranquilamente o si desea también hay transporte público muy cerca. Para visitas al CSU esta a minutos caminando. Después de un día de mucha actividad el alojamiento esta equipado para tomar un buen descanso, el vecindario es muy silencioso. Lo recomiendo por su costo beneficio y volveríamos al alojamiento de Joyce.

If you are looking for an affordable place that is close to downtown without being in it, this is a great choice. The house was comfortable for us 4 guests and my dog, easy to find things in the home, in a quiet spot, and right behind a creek which added to the atmosphere. There's a pub right next door as well. The hosts sent a lot of communication and gave us a heads up about the weekend weather, and were always friendly and responsive. I dont have anything but great things to say about the rental and hosts. This will definitely be an option for lodging again in the future.

I was coming up from Texas after working 5 weeks straight. Michael was very easy to talk to and was proactive in making sure everything was taken care of. The property was easy to get to, and it was genuinely a really peaceful place to be, while simultaneously easy access to the roadway that gets you down into Fort Collins. I’m someone who thoroughly enjoys the Rustic vibes, and to me, there was nothing better than waking up, getting some coffee, and looking out at the mountain views. I had a great time there, and 100% I’m coming back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Betsy's Airbnb! Betsy's communication was excellent and very helpful. The location couldn't be better - you can walk to many shops and restaurants! The Airbnb was spotless and had everything we needed.

This was such an awesome experience. You’re literally located in the heart of downtown Estes, walking distance from anything. I really enjoyed staying here, there is so many accommodations and it truly does feel like home away from home. My host went above and beyond to make sure that I was informed and comfortable! Definitely will be staying here again, if you’re thinking about staying here, I would say Do it, you will love it !

Came with friends for a Red Rocks Concert. Drove a total of 10hrs and Brads place is well worth it. Great price, and location. Had us talking of moving their our whole stay. Highly recommend!

Dani was very quick to respond with any concerns! The hallway to the building smelled a little funky but don’t let that deter you- Dani’s place is VERY clean and spacious and smells wonderful with her essential oil diffusers :) had everything I needed and a convenient location to Boulder area or a quick ride down to Denver. Thank you
