Great proximity to Lake Winni, Sewall Woods, Cottonwood Rail Trail. It's an easy 1 hr drive from Manchester airport or 2 hr from Boston.

Nestled in the NH mountains on a babbling brook (yes literally!) with a mountain view, our newly renovated 700 sq ft cabin is a perfect place to unwind. Come sit on the deck, under the porch or by the fire pit and enjoy the sound of the brook and the mountain scenery! Dogs are allowed with host approval. $30 pet fee per stay. We are within 20 minutes to many beaches, including Lake Winnipesaukee, and provide easy access to head south to the ocean or north to the mountains. You will have your own separate parking/entrance, but are welcome to enjoy our cozy fire pit, stylish treehouse, and backyard access to the network of snowmobile trails.

The property has five acres of open lawn ,woodland, orchard, and private waterfront with sandy beach and docks on pristine Rust Pond. Amenities include kayaks, SUP's, canoes, sunfish; Pickleball, basketball, & more. The Rec Hall has a full kitchen, living room with cable TV, ping pong, foosball, & more!

Welcome to Kirkland Cottage! Located a two minute drive from Ossipee Lake and near the White Mountains, we are a great base for all New Hampshire has to offer! Explore lakes, mountains, and hiking trails, while being just an hour from Portland and Portsmouth. Kirkland Cottage house is 9 minutes to King Pine Ski area, 30 minutes to Cranmore, and 25 minutes to North Conway, which has great shopping, skiing, hiking, and lots of restaurants.
