(Supermarket, Library, Doctor, Pharmacy, Dentist, Hairdresser Beautician, Massage, Deli, Cafes, Fruit Shop, Gelato, (Two cafes do delicious frozen meals.) all within 3 mins walking distance. 10 min walk to Days Bay, a stunning beach that has a Ferry to the CBD. The East by West Ferry takes 25 mins. (eastbywest co nz) Kayaks and bikes are at Days Bay in summer to hire. There are bikes to hire at Burdens Gate for a flat coastal ride to twin lighthouses and stunning views down to South Island. Admire the stunning harbour views that take in the harbour entrance, the Eastern Hills and Wellington City's coastal suburbs. On a fine day the Kaikoura range peaks can be seen. Suitable for 1 or 2 people, the annexe is a lovely space with a kitchenette and full bathroom. Access road is steep and narrow:)

Easy walk to Jackson St shops, cafés and restaurants. Petone Beach and Railway Station within a 10min walk. Percy's reserve and walking tracks close by. Wellington city a 10 min drive (off peak). The InterIslander Ferry is a less than ten minute drive off peak. Perfect to catch an early morning Ferry, or late afternoon disembark. Supermarkets, specialty stores, cinema and pharmacies. Petone pretty much has it all including a Kmart which is quite literally at the end of the street.

Private mini studio; bedroom, bathroom and breakfast area which is completely separate from the main house in a beautiful bush setting in Lower Hutt. TV with Free View, and Chrome cast We do not have a kitchen or cooking facilities in the suite. It is a bed & breakfast only. There is a microwave for reheating. You need to be agile enough to climb the ladder to the sleeping loft. Own shower and toilet a few metres from the cabin. Heater, kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster and basin in cabin. Wifi. Simple breakfast ingredients and hot drinks provided.
