"Our Little House"

This is a great little house for coming to visit friends and family in the area or if you're just passing through. We do not have central air, but we do have a portable air conditioner unit in the bedroom which makes it cool and comfortable. A lot of people that stay call "Our Little House" a cottage. I think it could also be called "The Little Cottage on the Highway". We are located on a highway, but our little house sits back far enough that the highway has never been a problem, noisewise.

Overlooking the scenic Maumee River, our modern suite is near many local favorites such as Side Cut Metropark, Fallen Timbers Mall, Fort Meigs. Levis Commons, and more! (see guestbook). The Suite features a private entrance, sleeps up to 6, full bath, full kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplaces, Wi-Fi, and more. A staircase leads down to a beautiful valley and river beach. A great spot for fishing, kayaking, swimming, etc. It's a Walleye fisherman's dream and great location for all the Birders!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled into a wooded lot, you will enjoy the view of the trees as well as proximity to BGSU and downtown BG. King bed and a full size futon offered. The kitchen includes a spacious fridge/ freezer, Keurig K-cup brewer, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, and 2 burner hotplate. Coffee, tea, and water are complimentary. Please note this is an attached, above-garage loft. It is separate from the main living quarters and has aprivate entrance.

We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!

The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

Your Highnesses House has its own personal charm. I have spent a lot of time creating this space to make it a home away from home. This is a unique side-by-side duplex tucked away in a generally quiet area in the south end of Toledo. This home has a lot of special features that make it a wonderful place to stay whether it be a short-term rental or a long-term rentals. No parties and no smoking/vaping if the rule is broken it’s an additional $500 charge.
