Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con área para fogatas en Distrito de Lugano

Nous avons adoré passer notre séjour d’une semaine avec nos deux enfants et notre chien dans cette villa. Dès l’ouverture de la porte, vous arrivez dans ce magnifique et gigantesque hall d’entrée qui donne l’accès à toutes les pièces de la maison et qui vous attire vers l’extérieur où la vue est juste incroyable. L’espace intérieur est très grand, propre et bien entretenu. La décoration et le mobilier sont de style ancien mais de belle qualité ce qui fait tout le charme de cette villa. L’espace extérieur et la grande piscine sont bien entretenu et vous offre une vue époustouflante sur le lac et les montagnes. Les contacts que j’ai eu avec Alex et Claudia (hôtes) étaient très agréables et leurs réponses très rapides. Leurs indications sont claires et ils nous informent également sur les activités à découvrir aux alentours/magasins/restaurants ce qui est bien utile. Merci à eux de nous avoir permis de créer de merveilleux souvenirs !

Ein Haus für Naturliebhaber. Mitten im Wald mit grossem privaten Garten. Man hat ums Haus viele Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Es ist einfach aber zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die einzelnen Stockwerke sind jeweils über eine Aussentreppe zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Ruheoase sehr genossen.

Leo war ein feiner Gastgeber, der uns einen tollen Service geboten hat. Das alte Tessinerhaus ist romantisch und die Sicht auf den See von allen Fenstern ist herrlich. Für 8 ist es etwas eng, ideal für 6 Leute. Wir schätzten besonders, dass man wunderbar mit ÖV reisen kann. Schiff, Bus und Zug sind ganz in der Nähe. Der kleine Laden in der Nähe bietet alles für den täglichen Gebrauch.

Das Haus ist ein Traum mit vielen Terassen, viel Platz und perfektem Internet ;) Die Sonne scheint den ganzen Tag auf die Terassen und der Ausblick über den Lago di Lugano ist sowohl am Tag wie auch in der nacht fantastisch! Guja ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und ihren Gästen äusserst zugewandt. Die Gastgeber:innen haben beim Einrichten an alles gedacht!!

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft am See! Toller Ausblick. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und entspannte Tage im Villino verbracht. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Jeannette ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und die Kommunikation hat immer super geklappt. Wir sind wunschlos glücklich!

Bobby’s place is in a unique, gorgeous location with a great view. Our family really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was very well equipped and Bobby clearly made an effort to make us feel welcome.

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz den Online-Angaben und hat uns sehr angesprochen! Äusserst positiv war, dass wir uns während unseres viertägigen Aufenthaltes aus der Getränke-/Snackbar verköstigen konnten, was uns das Schleppen von Getränken erspart hat. Obschon kostenlos, habe wir diese Möglichkeit freiwillig monetär honoriert, da nicht selbstverständlich. Weil das Wetter während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr kühl und von Schneeregen begleitet war, bot die Klimaanlage eine gute Möglichkeit, den Wohnbereich temperaturmässig rasch in den angenehmen Bereich zu bringen, ohne das Cheminée zu nutzen, was auch möglich gewesen wäre. Der grosse Fernseher sowie das Eck-Sofa haben zum Verweilen eingeladen, gerade bei diesen leider garstigen Wetterbedingungen. Die zahlreichen Küchenutensilien bieten mehr als genügend Gelegenheit, sich selber zu verköstigen. Sehr praktisch dazu: Der Geschirrspüler. Die Interaktionen mit Andrea waren zweckdienlich, effizient, vorausschauend und freundlich.

Manon fue muy amable desde el mismo momento de la reserva y también estuvo pendiente de cualquier cosas que necesitásemos durante nuestra estancia. La casa es tal como se muestra en el anuncio, las camas son muy cómodas, la cocina está completamente equipada y tienes todo cuanto necesitas. El entorno es muy agradable e ideal para hacer rutas en las inmediaciones y es una gran ventaja contar con el aparcamiento en la entrada de la casa.

Für den angedachten Zweck (arbeiten) war die Unterkunft perfekt. Liebe, unkomplizierte Gastgeber, absolut empfehlenswert!! Etwas bedauerlich, dass das Haus vom Standort her praktisch den ganzen Tag im Schatten liegt (wir hatten 2 Wochen Dauer-Sonnenschein). Im Sommer dürfte dies aber sehr attraktiv sein.

Der Gastgeber war sehr angenehm, freundlich und aufmerksam... Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Ich empfehle den Aufenthalt, ein fabelhafter Ort, ich empfehle, eine Miete zu planen. Ich war glücklich. Ich danke dir für alles. Vielen Dank

Fabio and Inna are fabulous hosts. Very welcoming and helpful! The apartment is located in a very calm and peaceful area. With two boys between 10 and 14 years old, we really enjoyed the pool and sauna. Thanks to both of you for our amazing stay!

wir hatten einen schönen Langzeit-Urlaub und waren sehr zufrieden. Maria-Luise ist eine sehr liebenswerte Person. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Wir hatten alles was man braucht uns wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Wir konnten sogar Raclettegeschirr und Fonduegeschirr ausleihen und die Wohnung war sehr gut geheizt. Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Keller für Fahrräder war auch vorhanden, nur wenige Minuten bis zum See und auch zur stelleBushalte

Regula is the most beautiful hostess in the Italian canton! Very hospitable and friendly. The house has everything for comfort. We and the children are always happy to be here. We are returning for the second time and planning to come again next year!

Beautiful location with a view on the lake. The apartment is modern and spacious. Our family (6 adults, 1 kid, 1 toddler) had 3 great nights there. Emanuele provided a kid chair and a fondue set as we asked in advance. We will be happy to stay there again in the future.

Martina is very kindly, helpful and responds quickly to questions. We were her first guests and we had a fantastic time. The house is very complete and comfortable with a splendid view on the Lake of Lugano and the city. This house is for people who love comfort and tranquility. We will definitely come back. Wenn man Ruhe braucht, ist es mega. Sehr rustikal und speziell. Uns hat es sehr Spass gemacht. Vielleicht nicht für Jedermann, weil es etwas Eigenverantwortung braucht und man sollte schon ein Naturmensch sein, der sich geschickt anstellt. Traumhafte lage und Wandermöglichkeiten vor der Tür. Sehr gute Preisleistungsverhältnis und der Kontakt mit den Besitzern war immer freundlich, zuvorkommend und interessiert.

The place was beautiful and the location completely peaceful and in nature. We were a group of 5 people and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the chalet. We cooked meals there, played boardgames. It was a really nice experience and Eveline was so friendly to correspond with - answering all my questions. The only thing I will say about the place (that shouldn't deter you from booking) is that it is a 30-40 min climb up. So if you are doing the climb with provisions and you have a heavy pack, it can take longer and require quite a good level of fitness. Also, another tip is to try and reach the chalet in the day. We did the climb in the rain, approaching twilight and the chalet was hard to spot (low light). You can opt for a helicopter which is affordable. We plan to come back over summer and use the helicopter for all our heavy stuff!

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Rustico in ruhiger Lage mit tollem Ausblick. Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter, aber vom Haus aus kann man tolle Wanderungen unternehmen. Merci an Fabio und Bernadette für die Gastfreundschaft.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ca Pedrot! The cabin is super cozy, we loved the sauna, and the views are fantastic. We loved the little touches like nice bed linens and towels and luxury soaps. There's an extensive range of pots/pans, cooking utensils, etc. The cabin has plenty of privacy. It's also is on a nice snowshoe path, for winter visits. We were particularly impressed by Andy, the host, who was super communicative, got the fire going in the wood stove for us because we were arriving in the evening, gave us pointers for using the cable car and finding the cabin in the dark. True hospitality! Can't wait to go back.

Casa di montagna immersa nella natura con vista mozzafiato che, da sola, vale il prezzo richiesto per il soggiorno. L’abitazione è spaziosa (noi eravamo in 5 adulti) e ha tutto l’occorrente per un soggiorno tranquillo e piacevole. I due camini a legna disponibili sono più che sufficienti per scaldare gli spazi in breve tempo e regalano un’atmosfera senza tempo. Mario é un host straordinario: reattivo, gentilissimo e disponibile. Le indicazioni e le istruzioni che ci ha fornito sulle diverse strade per raggiungere l’abitazione sono state chiare, reali e utili. In breve: consiglio a tutti di soggiornare nella casa di Mario, non ne resterete delusi!!

Es war ein traumhaft ruhiger und schöner Aufenthalt in malerischer Umgebung. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Maruska. Le hameau de Piantürin est plein de charme, retiré et très tranquille, avec plusieurs départs de randonnées possibles. Superbe expérience malgré une mauvaise météo, très bon rapport qualité-prix… Nous reviendrons! Merci Maruska.
