From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. Just a short easy 15 min drive to Wanaka , 35 mins to ski fields , 35 mins to Cromwell , 1 hr to Queenstown Surrounded by stunning mountain and rural views . So quiet and peaceful We have Sheep , and a lovely friendly cat, Boo . He is orange and 15 years old , loves people and may come and visit you Please note, fencing is sheep fencing only so children will need to be supervised when outside - thanks

Maori Point cottage is nestled in our vineyard, 30km from Wanaka , with spectacular mountain views and access to the Clutha riverbank for walks or picnics. Warm in winter with underfloor heating and fireplace, the living areas include a full cook's kitchen which opens onto a verandah, lawn & native garden. The large upstairs bedroom has king bed and mountain views, downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with garden outlook. A quiet peaceful environment, and a good base for exploring.
