Fully stocked kitchen, smokeless grill, wine fridge upon request, k-cup/drip coffee machine. The lake has bass, we provide fishing poles/tackle box. Rentable Kayaks & Canoe. Lots of natural light. It’s perfect for relaxing. We are close to beaches, Sporting venues, museums the aquarium and Busch Gardens in Tampa. Situated between Epperson and Mirada lagoons. Wesley Chapel has movie theaters, mini golf, shopping and restaurants within a short drive.

We offer BAG DROP! Amazing value studio 3.5 miles from USF and 7 miles from Busch Gardens. Private entrance. The only studio with TWO KING beds in the area. The sofa is memory foam and opens up to California King. Outdoor space and off street parking for two vehicles. Unlike other studios, this unit also has its own on demand hot water source and it's own HVAC allow you to control your own room temp. Pets welcome with approval. Don't miss this amazing value stay.
