Located one of the finest lots, stripped the old home back to the studs, added to it and completely rebuilt it to the latest "Urbanology" design. No expense was spared in creating the finest vacation resort in Lake Norman.

The property has two beaches on-site — the main beach is over 130 feet wide and sits on a safe and private, swimming and kayaking bay. The over 300 foot lot commands huge main channel frontage for your lake vacation.

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 14; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. This property has two active security cameras on premises. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible to renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock.

Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.

This home has been designed to accommodate friends and family members for a resort-style vacation.

StayLakeNorman has a great selection of high performance tritoons and sports boats available to rent to complete your stay. Adding a boat unlocks the many waterfront restaurants, and all of our boats come with tow toys, skis, and ropes. With over 500 miles of shoreline to explore, your stay is not complete without a boat.

This home is pet friendly with a 2 dog allowance and pet fee per dog. Breed must be approved by management prior to arrival.
