Our cozy home is newly constructed, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, tucked in a private clearing with direct access to the Kingdom Trail network and VAST snowmobiling trails, minutes from Burke Mountain, and a short drive to Lake Willoughby. Just up the road from the village of East Burke, we are close to nearby amenities yet in a quiet hillside surrounded by nature, the perfect location for a weekend getaway, whether you are biking, skiing, hiking or exploring the Northeast Kingdom.

Peaceful Place to Enjoy Your Stay in the NEK

Minutes away from Burke and just a hop off of I-91, this is your start and end to a great day in the NEK. There is a large bedroom and bathroom downstairs with three smaller bedrooms and a small half bath upstairs. There is ample parking and a fenced in yard if you want to bring your dog. There is a stream and hiking trail out back with an active sugar house with tours available upon request. Plenty of wood and a fire pit outside. Starlink internet to upload your adventures at blazing speed!

Comfortable Home, Hot Tub, Trails on 140 Acres

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road. Minimum age to book: 22

Our Oversized Canvas tent on a private hill, includes a very comfortable king size bed, cozy linens & pillows, firepit, grill, an outdoor "off the grid" experience with the luxury of an incredible nights sleep. A lookout deck for taking in the gorgeous views, stargazing at night or simply relaxing. Enjoy our renovated light filled two-story back apartment, centrally located in the Four Seasons neighborhood of St. Johnsbury. This comfortable and clean private space is within walking distance to many local attractions, including the St. Johnsbury Academy, the Fairbanks Museum, Catamount Arts, and the St. Johnsbury Athenaeum, as well as shopping and restaurants. Burke Mountain, Kingdom Trails, Dog Mountain and more are just a short drive away. Bike and ski storage is available.

Miles of National Forest trails out the back door.

Razzle's Cabin trailside

Razzle's cabin is on the Kingdom Trails! Right out the front door is the Coronary Bypass trail that connects to the entire network! Minutes from Burke Mountain! It's a quiet, private setting off from West Darling Hill road. Huge sunny deck with grill and picnic table along with comfy seating to relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Outside you'll find a sweet fire pit with a woodshed filled to the brim and an outdoor shower and bike wash!

Yurt near Kingdom Trails - Outdoor heaven!

Come and enjoy the great outdoors in this 20' yurt designed by Colorado Yurt Company! The 315 sq. foot yurt can comfortably accommodate 6 people with 2 pullout futon beds and 1 twin bed. We are also open to having one-two tents next to the yurt for more coverage and comfort. This property is located less than 2 miles from the epicenter of some of the best biking in the country (Kingdom Trails) and is only a short drive to Burke Mountain.

Located in the heart of Brownington Village, and about 15 miles from the Canadian border, our property allows for easy access to many scenic locations. Enjoy all that Vermont's Northeast Kingdom has to offer including many beautiful lakes, hiking trails, bike paths, and ski areas. There are about a dozen homes in the village and you will hear traffic going by, including horses and buggies carrying our Amish neighbors.
