Amazing property and lovely hosts - make you feel home. Very spacious, clean and cosy rooms, swimming pool is fun - ideal for a group of 16-20. Beach is 10 min walk. Staff is helpful, Rosy prepares delicious food.

This is a beautiful and brand new Villa, looks exactly like what you see in the pics. The hosts are really good, they were always there for each and every queries. The property is managed professionally. Very well equipped kitchen and hosts provided almost all the ingredients needed to cook a good meal, if you have elders who don't want to eat outside food. The villa has an elevator inside, so it's elderly friendly. The towels and bed linen provided are fresh and clean. No foul smell at all. In fact the entire villa there is really clean and fresh. Beach is around 15 min drive, variety of eating places with just 5 to 10 min drive. There is nothing much to complain about really! Overall our stay was really good and enjoyed thoroughly! Amazingly spacious and beautiful colonial villa. We were a family of 13 spanning 3 generations there for a special occasion Caretaker Anthony and other help were amazing. Highly recommended for a large family holiday

Our stay was amazing! The villa was beautiful, well-maintained, and spotless. The owner was very responsive and accommodating, offering flexible check-in and check-out times, which was a great help. The location was excellent—close to Anjuna Beach, with a peaceful and pleasant neighborhood. The owner was extremely polite and hospitable, making the experience even better. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend it!

We stayed at the property to spend new year with family and we had people of all ages, everyone felt like they were home. It's well spaced and has enough room. Kids and elders enjoyed the pool dips. The host and housekeepers are polite and respond immediately. It was a smooth transition from entry to exit. Thank you for hosting us. One suggestion - keeping tubes or pool noodles would be nice.

It’s a beautiful place for 6-10 people. The location and architecture is upscale. Interiors were done very tastefully. We were attended by Mr Vijay and Mr Armaan, great guys. Service was outstanding. They were very helpful. Housekeeping, cleanliness was top notch. Swimming pool is large and very clean. Breakfast was available and cooked well. Overall a fantastic stay. Enjoyed a lot and definitely worth going again and again.

It was a great place to stay. The place is very beautiful, the host is extremely cheerful and a very hospitable person. He recommended us the best things to do, that made our experience memorable. The chef cooked great food. Barbecue is especially recommended.

I like the palace and ambience. It’s spacious and well maintained. kunal is very supportive and understood all our needs and make sure everything was taken care. We were not completely happy with the ramakrishna who is the maintenance guy. Apart from that our stay was a good experience

This property is perfectly located near top tourist attractions, with a refreshing swimming pool ideal for relaxation and gatherings. It’s just a 10-15 minute drive to Vagator and Calangute beaches! Highly recommended.

Great place and very friendly host and staff. We were 11 adults and 2 kids and we had ample space to get together, have fun. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it every day. Very helpful host who took care of our needs. Very helpful staff. The cooks made delicious food and there were lots of choices. We will visit this place again. 30mins from the beaches and centrally located.

Excellent stay. All things were arranged on single call with best of the quality. Cook, Cabs and rented cars all were value to money.

I loved our stay here. Pictures does not do justice for this home. The 2 caretakers were so good and always helpful. The rooms are very spacious and private for a few families to stay together. Each bedroom has their own full bathroom which is perfect! Patios are cozy and welcoming. The pool was super cold for the kiddos but don’t let this stop you from checking this beautiful home out. I recently stayed at this beautiful 1BHK villa in Goa, and it was an incredible experience! The villa offers a perfect mix of modern amenities and Goan charm. The interiors are stylishly decorated, with a cozy bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen. A standout feature of the property was the private pool. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind, especially after a day of exploring Goa.

Дом очень хороший , большие спальни, большая зона первого этажа , мы были компанией из трех семей , места всем хватило , рекомендую !

We had a wonderful stay at this villa – it’s a stunning property with warm and friendly house help. My family had an amazing time, and we were truly impressed by how beautiful the villa is. One suggestion for improvement would be to have an in-house chef, which would make the experience absolutely perfect. That said, there are plenty of nearby dining options, and the house help was very accommodating in arranging food from local restaurants.

Sophie is definitely a wonderful person and her place was extremely immaculate. As my future wife and I were traveling for 9 days Sophie was heaven sent. She is extremely responsive and went up and beyond her means to make us comfortable. The only regret we had was we didn’t spend enough time at her place as we were headed back to Delhi on Monday. I would say the villa reminds me a lot of Ocho Rios. They have 2 swimming pools on the property. I will definitely be back in 2025 mark my words. Sophie also has many books to read. She goes the extra mile for her guests. There is a kitchen available so you can go to the grocery store and back if you don’t want to dine out. If you do be sure to go to Mike’s Place they have the best vibe in Cavelossim Beach. So sad Reggae Haven was not open at the time. Best time to go to Goa is December - January. Lucious beach across the street about 3 minute walk. Be sure to check out all the stalls before buying if you are looking for something special.

Had a great stay with my family here. We got some much needed time together, escaping the chaos & hustle bustle of the city. The villa is very beautiful, well furnished and extremely comfortable! We were received by the caretaker Sushma who immediately showed us around the place and made us comfortable. She was very accomodating and very responsive when we needed her help. She made us amazing breakfast too! We had minor issues with power fluctuation and 4G/5G network but it's a Goa-wide problem. When the power went, the inverters kicked in immediately and we did not have an issue. The swimming pool is well maintained and we had the best time unwinding and splashing away. There are two dogs, Foxy & Sweety, and 4 naughty little kittens on the property. Villa Artjuna is a must visit for families & groups of friends. We will definitely be coming back!
