はじめまして。2023年11月から本格的に民泊を始めました。 札幌駅から車で約15分の閑静な地域に佇む築約40年の１棟アパートの2階の1部屋です。 生活必需品は揃っていますので、札幌暮らしを体験したい方にオススメです。 JR新川駅から徒歩10分、地下鉄南北線北24条駅から徒歩約20分という少し不便な場所ですが、車通りは少なく、静かに過ごせます。 施設内に駐車場が1台分用意できます(要予約)。一日500円で利用可能です。(私が日々使っている駐車場です。私が他の場所に停めます) コンビニエンスストアまで徒歩5分 ドラッグストアまで徒歩4分 スーパーマーケットまで徒歩10分 生活には便利な場所です。 また、2駅目には、大型スーパーや温泉施設もあります。 ソファーベッドは170cmです。 ☆送迎について 宿泊初日と最終日はできる限り新川駅まで車でお迎えにあがります。時間が合わなければすみません。 Wi-Fi、専用キッチン、バス・トイレ完備ですので、長期滞在やワーケーションなどで、ご利用いただけたらと思います。 2025年3月エアコン（冷房のみ）設置済み。

The house is a 60 year old house located in the center of Date City, Hokkaido.The neighborhood is conveniently located with AEON, convenience stores, Daiso, restaurants, etc. The nearest station, Date Monbetsu Station, is about 1 km away.Lake Toya is 30 minutes away by car, and Niseko and Noboribetsu are about 1 hour away. We recommend that you use this as a base for your trip.
