Sage Cottage is a quaint home conveniently located on one of the main roads through town. Easy access to everything Carlsbad has to offer, but private and serene with a huge yard. Beds for 6 guests ( queen, full, 2 twins) in 3 bedrooms w AC plus complete kitchen, dining space, and spacious yet cozy living room. Two bathrooms (although the upstairs one is mostly for children due to its small size). Plenty of off-street parking, easy keypad check in, and local co-host keep your stay worry-free.

The home is stocked with a Keurig, coffee, tea, seasonings, cookware, and kitchen utensils. Enjoy relaxing outside on the patio or fire up the the charcoal grill for a delightful BBQ. This house is a short drive to great restaurants, golf courses, the serene Pecos River, and nearby national parks.

It has been styled and furnished with your comfort in mind and is a true home away from home.

Carlsbad Cozy Casita

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The casita is a separate house. You have your own entrance for privacy, your own fenced in yard with a grill and car port. We did a complete renovation and added a new fridge and new washer and dryer. All new kitchen ware. Dishes, coffee pot etc. Brand new furniture as well. We are proud of our hard work and happy to open up our home to you. King size bed and twin size air up mattress.

Enjoy the beauty and sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Breathtaking panoramic views of the Guadalupe Mountains. Remote, quiet, studio home. In the light of dawn, you may see deer and elk grazing in the fields. Dusk brings magnificent sunsets. As you face west, to the south you can make out El Capitan and Guadalupe Peak in Guadalupe National Park and to the north, Carlsbad Caverns National Park sits upon the ridge.

Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It might be small , but this little place has it all. Really cozy and inviting. Centrally located in a safe area, gated property, quiet place to rest. This little gem has outdoor grill for dining needs. Plenty of space for parking. Children and pets welcome! This unique place has a style all its own. Today's Día de los Muertos celebrations are a mash-up of pre-Hispanic religious rites and Christian feasts. This old Church building is the perfect setting to rest your head while you enjoy all Carlsbad has to offer. This charming apartment has a lovely bathroom as well as access to a great courtyard with grill and fire pit.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. It is close to The Carlsbad Beach and recreation center, as well as grocery store. You do share the backyard with La Fuente (front house) which would be perfect if you have a large gathering and decide to rent out both, you can just retire to your own quiet little space.
