In November 2022 (or earlier), Magnolia House opens a new apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the middle of "just north of Stockholm City". 40 rooms in a house that resembles a large villa with a shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We mainly have 2 room types: smaller rooms for 1 person and on the top floor there will be loft apartments for 1-4 people. Single rooms mean compact living: still private kitchen/shower. On the lower level there is a shared lounge.

Single studio with Balcony

This cozy apartment features modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere creating an inviting space for both short and long stays. The studio includes a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge/freezer, combined microwave/oven and dishwasher, making meal prep easy and convenient. Large windows let in plenty of natural light - why not step outside onto your private balcony to enjoy a morning coffee? The fully tiled bathroom has underfloor heating, providing comfort during colder months.

Crafoord Place Hostel - Room 8

Crafoord Place Hostel is located in the calm and charming area of Vasastan in the very center of Stockholm. It is close to museums, cultural sights, restaurants, bars, cafés and shopping. The hostel is located 15 minutes walk from Stockholm Central Station and 5 minutes from Airport bus stop. The room has a magnificent views over the city! This room has 1 bunkbed and 1 single bed, comfortably accomodates 3 people. Toilets, showers and kitchen is shared with other guests.

Private hotel room in a mini-hotel with basic standards in a very central location. Clean, fresh and modern. The stairs are narrow and you may struggle with large suitcases.

Triple Studio

This spacious studio for 3 comes with a fully equipped kitchen, appliances include a large fridge and a freezer, a stove, an oven and microwave oven. Enjoy your homecooked meal at the dining table and relax in front of the TV during the evenings. The bathroom has a shower and lovely underfloor heating. Your stay includes free Wi-Fi, a basic channel selection, bed linen, towels, shower & hand soap, as well as weekly and final cleaning. Enjoy your stay!

Private Double Room with Shared Bathroom

This 11 sqm private room is ideal for one to two people, with one 140 cm bed. The room is on the fourth floor and is located close everything in the building. These rooms include a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi as well as a small refrigerator, and fold out dinner table/workspace with a chair. You have access to a shared kitchen and dining/living room area and several shared bathrooms and showers. In addition, there is a shared laundry room available.
