Καινούριο σπίτι στο κέντρο της πόλης του Αγίου Νικολάου. Ευρύχωρο για 3 άτομα , με όλες τις ανέσεις για μια αξέχαστη διαμονή. Η πλατεία του Αγίου Νικολάου απέχει 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια και 1 λεπτό η παραλία. Δίπλα από το σπίτι υπάρχει οργανωμένο πάρκινγκ όπου μπορείτε να παρκάρετε με μικρό κόστος . Το σπίτι αποτελείτε από το κυρίως δωμάτιο που περιλαμβάνει την κουζίνα και το καθιστικό με έναν καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. Στο υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχει διπλό κρεβάτι και κούνια για μωρό αν χρειαστεί.

At the most south place of Europe, with very mild winter. It is a new house, was built in 2008 but we didn't use it, until June 2017 that we decided to put it for rent for Airbnb. 800 meters from the Potami beach of Lasithi, or 10 minutes walking with maps. 650 meters from the main road that has a bus stop with hourly schedules. 3.3 kilometers or 6 minutes with car from the city of Ierapetra. It is 127 square meters. It can be rented, always the whole, by 1 of up to 10 people.

For the winter nights it is equipped with a wooden stove. All the taxes are included in the price. We also accept greek tourism vouchers.

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.

Inside, you’ll find a well-appointed bedroom, an open-plan living room area which includes a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining area. Outdoors, enjoy a BBQ area with a gas grill, dining table for six, two sun loungers, a heated pool, an outdoor shower and and a fire pit with seating.

Almost private beach, with great view to the sea. In south Crete, near the village Myrtos and west of the town of Ierapetra. With pine trees around, citrus and olive orchards, it is ideal for a quiet stay-family travel. It is a summer house for my family- my parents live permanently at the ground floor.
