Quirky cottage The Tower, Exmoor

The Tower at Birch Cleave Barns is located in Exmoor National Park, in the picturesque village of Simonsbath and offers a unique and enchanting retreat. The Tower a beautifully converted barn, sleeps 2. However please note that due to its unique structure the Tower may not be suitable for less-abled persons as paddle stairs to bedroom,bathroom on ground floor. The Tower enjoys walks across the moor right from the door. Just across the road lies the local Exmoor Forest Inn, ideal for dining out.

The Schoolroom @ Barbrook

This is the original Barbrook schoolroom built by the Methodists in 1870 - a large airy groundfloor space with tall windows looking out across the valley. It is now a romantic hideaway for two - an elegant but comfortable open-plan apartment featuring log stove, large bed, and window seats, plus underfloor heating, modern well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and smart TV. It's an ideal base from which to explore all the pleasures of Exmoor by the sea, and your hosts are just next door if needed.

Croeso i Cymru! Welcome to Wales! A Beautiful small bright and cosy detached suite in St Athan old Village. The suite is accessed via staircase. Lovely view of the countryside, quiet, calm and relaxing. We allow a small dog, guests need to inform hosts of their intention to bring their pet with them, as there are certain rules/guidelines. Please see our other listing next door to Suite 1, ‘The Pod’ -sleeps 2, ideal for friends/2 couples taking a break together. Private use of garden gym.

Parsonage Farm Cottage is completely separate from the main house, with its own garden, incredible views and peace and quiet, with Oare Water running along the bottom of the property. Just a short drive to the lovely villages of Lynton and Lynmouth, & Porlock.

The old workshop is less than a 10 minute walk from two good Pubs, The Staghunters Inn & The Rockford Inn. There are amazing walks from the doorstep, a favourite being the walk to Lynmouth along the spectacular East Lyn river via the National Trust tearooms at Watersmeet - The perfect place to stop for coffee halfway!
