Clean home. Easy check in, In a safe gated community. I stayed here while taking day trips around Jamaica in a rental car. Every corner of the island was less than 3 hours away. Dorothy wants you to have a great experience. Great host.

Ms. Pat’s place is the absolute best we’ve stayed in. It’s set up in such a way to make your family feel safe and at home. Ms. Marie welcomed us in the best way possible! We were greeted with a starter pack(some great Jamaican snacks that I’ve missed so much and fruits). The entire experience was great and that house is equipped with every single thing you will need, nothing was left off the table. Thank you very much!

We booked this trip for my wife's 50th bday. She wanted luxury and relaxation. We got what we wanted and more. Javier, the owner was responsive to questions I had after booking. Once we got closer to the trip we were put in contact with Leyre who was also responsive to questions and gave us a clear outlook of what to expect. She put us in contact with our host/chef Anne Marie. We were met by Anne Marie upon checking in and this was by far the easiest check in I've ever had. The house was beautiful and spacious. Upon bringing in our bags we were greeted by rum punch and dinner and that set the tone for how this trip was going to go. The food was simply AMAZING!!! EVERYTHING she cooked was great. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I cannot sing her praises enough. Just because of her we are planning our next trip back. Andrew the security guard was helpful as well. He made us feel safe and showed us a couple of other coves on the property. Great times!!!!!!

Lovely spacious and comfortable apartment with lots of outdoor space. Easy to self cater as the kitchen is well equipped but we did end up hiring a car as there are no food shops within walking distance and no places to eat other than in the resort. We did eat in one of the hotel restaurants one night but there are no prices on the menus, as most guests are all inclusive. The staff didn’t know how much anything cost so we didn’t know how much it was until we got the bill.. Michael was a responsible and helpful host and I would recommend the apartment to others.

The people here make you feel like home.. aunty P is amazing very nice and helpful woman. The host was easy to talk too and check in to make sure your stay meet or above expectations

We had a wonderful time at Michelle’s house! Perfect for families, you could walk until one of the best beaches in jamaica! The compound is super cozy and has a big swimming pool and amazing jacuzzi! Michelle is a super host, always responsive and the house is provided with Ms Frida that helps you with everything, prepared very nice meals and is so sweet with the children! We will come back soon for sure! Highly recommend

Sharon was very responsive to our inquiries by emails, as well as providing a walker for me during our stay....a superhost! The condo is very comfortable and we especially enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from our balcony. We bought groceries and the kitchen is well stocked with a blender, a toaster, pots, paper towels, etc. We bought several lunch meals from the resort but mostly treated ourselves to the breakfast buffet. For $27.50 US per person, it is the cheapest and was our favorite meal. Besides the usual...fruit, pancakes or made- to-order omelets, they also serve the local Jamaican meals which my husband loves. A great vacation!

The house is very clean and comfortable. Great location and safe. Melverine is always in communication with her guest. I would recommend her place to anyone. 👍👍

The property was absolutely beautiful. Juba and Brittany were extremely helpful and made delicious food. Khoren was a very responsive host. The location was very remote but we used local Treasure Tours for transportation to YS Falls and Jack Sprat. The water was warm and calm. We could see many fish from the balcony of the pool. The only change from prior photos was the hurricane washed away much of the sandy beaches. There was still a small sand area under a tree but the rest of the coast was gone. Made for fun shell collecting. Overall, it was truly breathtaking and an amazing time. We all enjoyed our stay very much!u

Villa Optima is a beautiful spot right on a peaceful beach. It was very clean with lovely furnishings and decorations and a nice pool in the back. Paolo was very helpful when we had trouble with our car. We enjoyed meeting him.

When I first booked this place over two months in advance, I heard from Jason within a day or so of booking. We spoke briefly through WhatsApp, and he let me know he'd be in touch in the future. Jason contacted me again prior to the trip and asked if there was anything specifically I needed for him to do. I did ask that all the windows and doors be closed, and this is when he informed me that the place had window mesh, or what we call window screens. He even mentioned that the doors had screens as well, which is great for keep bugs out. When we arrived, he left the key for us, but I'm going to mention this here that he has a lockbox listed, but there is not one on the property. I think a lockbox would be much easier and safer for both Jason as well as any guests arriving in the future when leaving keys. We were in a rush to go out and get food, so we quickly looked over the place and left our belongings, and we didn't come back until the evening, which is when we were able to observe everything, and I always take pictures of places I'm staying at. I mentioned a few issues to him, just to make sure this wasn't blamed on myself or my brother after our stay. The only issues that really bothered me was the fact that there was an ant infestation in the hall bathroom. We did use Raid on the problem 3 or 4 times before they finally went away completely, but that took about two weeks to become successful. Honestly, I was surprised to see that there were a bunch of dead ants in the tub as if no one had cleaned the tub prior to us coming, so we had to clean it multiple times because ants were constantly being killed in there. The only real issue I had with the place personally was the air conditioning. I picked the room that had the bathroom, and the AC wouldn't turn on at all because of an error code. Jason had someone come and fix it within two days, but just about a week later it started dripping water to the point where it soaked the dresser and floor, so he had to call out the AC Tech again, and the tech kept putting us off. The tech literally took 1 week and 5 days to finally come out and fix the issue. Jason is a saint because I can't imagine being this patient with someone who was so irresponsible and wouldn't even keep his appointments much more answer the phone or text messages! This also was an issue for me because the room gets extremely hot in the daytime, and even though I would only run the AC in brief periods, I wasn't able to run it more than 15 minutes at a time before it began leaking. The things I enjoyed about this place was the location. It's very close to Falmouth, there is shopping and gas close by, and the security is so strict that you better have your papers in place, or you may not be able to get into the complex. Many people talk about the safety issues in Jamaica, but this is not a problem for me, and staying here made me feel even more safe than I normally do. The place has grills on the front and back doors and all windows, which may seem like overkill, but it definitely gives you a safe feeling as well. There is parking in front of the home, but a vehicle that was previously parked there was taking up one side, but we were able to use the other side to park when we rented a car. The AC in the hallway would quickly cool the living room, so we didn't have to run it very long to keep it cool. Another amazing thing about this home are the fans! The fans are so powerful it's like having a helicopter over your head, and I can't say you can go completely without the AC, but the fans definitely makes it less necessary to run the AC for long periods of time. There are two fans in the living room that are fantastic, and even the small standing fan that's mounted to the wall can help to keep you cool if you sit on the largest couch. The fan in my room would help to keep me cool and even allow me to sleep through the hot morning because it was so powerful. I also love that he has chosen to put such large TVs in each bedroom. I'm used to my 55 inch TV at home, and I even shipped one out to make sure I would have one to use in my room, but I didn't need it because the 50-inch TV that's mounted high on the wall in each room is perfect with great picture as well as excellent Wi-Fi, and both are smart TVs. There is even a cable box in each room as well as the living room, which allows for you to watch many channels. I did bring my own Roku and media player, so I didn't use the cable box, but it's nice having this provided for us. The living room entertainment system is really loud, and there is even additional speakers if you want to play music, but I kept it quiet as I'm mindful of the neighbors. The kitchen was great as well. I really loathe gas stoves, but I was easily able to use this one. It's a new stove and very clean, and when I finally learned how to bake in it, I was able to crank out some wonderful treats for Christmas. I didn't have a hand mixer, and Jason was sweet enough to go out and purchase one for the home, so it was

This was a stay close to my heart. I stayed in this exact villa when I was a child and this time brought my family with me to stay. It was better than what I remember. The villa, the private beach, the food!! It was great, private, safe and just a beautiful part of Jamaica to come to. I will be back annually, perfect place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of London!! Couldn’t recommend morning glory villas enough. If you do go be sure to have Orville or Rohan as your taxi men. They are reliable, punctual and will look out for you for the duration of your stay!!

Tia-Maria's place was one of the nicest we stayed in in all Jamaica. The spot was even cuter than the photos. The outdoor shower was lovely with warm water. You could easily walk from her spot to the beach and food spots that she suggested. Her directions for getting there were necessary and helpful since address are hard to find on google maps in Jamaica.

Merci à Carmen pour tous ses conseils pratiques et pour son aide dès qu'on avait des questions. Le logement était parfait, et l'emplacement idéal à 5 min à pieds de la plage. Nous avons pu faire une machine à laver sur place, c'était bien pratique. Treasure Beach est un petit village très mignon et calme, avec de jolies plages et un environnement très authentique. On a eu la chance de rencontrer Marcel et Roneal avec qui on a bien sympathisé et passé de bons moments. On recommande à 100% Sandy Hill et la destination Treasure Beach, notre partie préférée de la Jamaïque 🙂

We had a lovely time at the Hummingbird cottage. It is everything that the listing had mentioned and more. Annabelle (co host) was super communicative from the very beginning about transportation, food, location etc. Very responsive and would immediately get back to me via text/ calls. Mellie (star chef and housekeeper) was so amazing, she is such a sweetheart. Her food was fantastic, highly recommend the opt in for dining. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, the old Wharf beach is 5 min walk away (you can hear the waves from inside the cottage in fact). As for the villa, it was kept very clean, the beds were comfortable, maybe the water pressure and drain could be better but not a biggie in my books. Laundry is available but not free and Mellie will have to do it for you. The pool was a big bonus. It is a nicely designed property. Would go back for sure! Treasure beach is indeed a treasure! Quiet, serene, beautiful clear waters. Note: road to Treasure Beach can be lil rough.

The hosts was exceptional with their hospitality and attention to detail. The apartment was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. They deserve a 10 star 🌟. Thanks alot for making our stay a very memorable and lovely experience. Everything was great for our 2024 Ladies Trippin in Jamaica. The host was very communicative and the chefs/helpers were amazing. Kai, Abbie and John were friendly, funny and helpful. If you don't want cleaning/cooking just let them know and they will leave you be. We loved it there and had an amazing time. If we would've asked about beach towels and pool floaties...we would've had those too but we came with our own. Better instructions or map for private beach would've been helpful. We definitely would recommend Que Sera. The view alone is worth it!

Amazing location. It is a garden of tranquility. We stayed here with our three kids. They loved the pool and the direct access to the beach. The view from the top is stunning. Coleen is the perfect host to make you feel at home. Her dishes served on the terrace were one of our highlights during our trip to Jamaica. Nicola was very helpful in providing a lot of ideas for excursions during our stay. This AirBNB is definitely in our top 5 of all AirBNBs we have stayed in as a family.

This place is beautiful. Immediately felt at home. It’s suitable for a couple or family alike. Tastefully decorated, the bed in the master bedroom was a dream and I really appreciated the spotless linens and towels. Extra points for the separate pool towels and for air conditioning in the second bedroom also. Always a good sign when you choose to stay an extra night at a place. Dahlia’s place is conveniently located close to the Fern Court pool which was great for cooling down. I will definitely stay at this place again and I’ve already recommended it to several people. Dahlia was kind, responsive and felt trustworthy, and she went out of her way to help me book the extra night. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay. It was very relaxing. Marva and Francine took very good care of us during our stay and Billy, our transport to and from the airport, was very friendly and helpful. The beach was within walking distance, but the golf cart we rented was well worth the extra money. I highly recommend this property if relaxation is your goal.

The villa was beautiful, peaceful and felt like a home away from home. The host and staff were kind and friendly which made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay! The Silver Sands community is well kept, secluded and beautiful. Perfect for families or a vacation with friends. Looking forward to our next visit to Sunset 1
