Anupama is a great host and the place is really good...and she was kind to talk her place with a 20ltr bisleri water and essesials like fruits and biscuits, hand wash etc. Generally a nice place for a small family also

We stayed here for 4 days and we had a toddler with us. The apartment just felt like second home, as it had all the amenities and everything had its own place which makes it a zero clutter place to stay. My daughter just felt so comfortable staying here. The host was very approachable and active. Thank you Basu for helping us create Happy Holiday memories.

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

I travelled with my wife and kid and this place never felt away from home . It was so well maintained, everything was available within the premises , the amenities were as described , the staff was attentive and cooperative. Overall it's a 6 star instead of 5 from me

Absolutely loved staying at this beautiful condo! From start to finish, we felt more than comfortable. It had everything we needed, and MORE. We were welcomed in-person, given clear instructions, and were always able to communicate with our hostess. The location is perfect to get around North Goa, and the neighbourhood was safe and quiet. Just a short walk and we saw the best sunset in North Goa. We would absolutely stay at this beautiful condo again! Thank you for everything!

I had an amazing stay at Sharmila’s Airbnb in Arpora, Goa. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by her exceptional hospitality and the beautifully maintained property. The house is spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The lush surroundings and serene atmosphere added to the charm. The daily housekeeping service, supervised by a friendly and professional team, was outstanding. They kept the place spotless, always respectful of my schedule and attentive to any requests. The location is perfect, offering easy access to nearby beaches, markets, and restaurants while remaining peaceful and private. My best experience in a Airbnb. It felt just like home . What stood out the most were the hosts. Ravi and Priya went out of the way to do things for us . I was travelling with my 64year old father and they readily accomodate a free early check-in for my dad . The house was so amazing that for the first time i felt like staying indoors and not to go out anywhere in Goa. The hosts made sure the house has everything a person would need during a stay , especially their fully loaded pantry in the kitchen . I really wanted to cook during a vacation just by seeing the kitchen, it was so comfortable for me to make meals for my dad and ourselves. By the end of the trip my dad and husband told they feel like they are at home and don't feel like going back. Ravi and Priya are great people, we lost track of time talking to them. I'm surely marking this place as my forever go to option in Goa. Thank you Ravi and Priya for making it a comfortable and amazing stay for us.

Charles was an amazing host who had the perfect team to co ordinate our arrival and things we need at the villa . Bishnu the house keeper was super friendly and most loving to host us and keep us well fed. The entire villa was sooooo beautiful, serene and very clean . The old Portuguese villa had amazing 4 bedrooms that was well equipped with all amenities . The pool and the sit out was the highlight of the stay I wish we could have stayed longer . But for sure we ll come back as a bigger group to chill in the house .

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb near Calangute Beach. The location is peaceful, offering a relaxing escape while still being close to all the action. This is one of the best villas I've stayed in. The location is a bit difficult to find as the map location is incorrect, but the you get awed after reaching here. The Mapusa river provides a picturesque background. The villa is pristine with a top notch interior. All the rooms are aesthetically decorated. There are 2 care takers who were polite and attentive. The food quality was good. A suggestion for cook to prepare just enough food to avoid wastage. The V are family team was proactive in all the communication to make it a smooth experience. Very much appreciated. It was a wonderful experience and would love to recommend for people who want to rest away from the Goa hustle.

Nimish is a very polite and responsive host, and the place is very conveniently located, spotlessly clean, and has all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Panjim peacefully away from the bustling centre but close enough to reach quickly by the ubiquitous rental bikes.

It offers excellent maintenance services, ensuring that any issues are promptly taken care of. Let’s be honest—every flat has some minor problems, but the key is how quickly and efficiently they are resolved, and this place excels in that regard. The location is another major highlight! It’s just around 200 meters from the beach, making it perfect for those who love to enjoy morning walks by the sea or relaxing sunsets. Plus, Colva Beach, one of the most popular and beautiful beaches in the area, is just 600 meters Allister is a best Host and also Owner of flat Sanjiv Gomes called and asked for help. Thank you for the Stay.

Maddy, supported ably by Soni who did housekeeping three times a week, was always very responsive and helped us quickly with any difficulties or minor problems that we had. His recommendations for taxi services from Wilson and Viju meant that arranging transfers and trips was successful. The apartment is very good, well equipped and generously proportioned. The wifi, ceiling fans, hot water and air conditioning are all very efficient and we found we had all the necessary for preparing food and cooking food. We used the efficient ingredients delivery service a few times and the produce was high quality. Using a foreign card proved impossible but they took cash on delivery. One of the traditional local artisan bakeries called into the apartment complex and sold delicious fresh bread and samosas daily. I also used the swimming pool most mornings at 9. There was a slow build up of green in the water but this was treated regularly by chlorination involving closing it for the day.
