Everything as advertised and even extras, loved the closed gated community, very quite place will definitely stay again with my family.

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. A heartfelt thank you to Scott for making our trip memorable!

This was a great place to stay Had everything we needed The location was great and very comfortable. Ashraf left lots of extras which was great as we arrived late and was very tired.

I would go back next week if I could. Christine's place is outstanding in every possible way. The location is one block off the main drag, so close to everything, but quiet. Beautiful, high-end everything. It was a three-day girls' trip and we were so busy that we didn't spend a lot of time at the house, but I wanted to spend a week. Only one word of caution, I had a big suitcase because I'd been somewhere else first where the weather was cold. That was unwieldy to carry up the narrow circular staircase. But a sensible bag would have been no problem. There's a parking spot right out front. A/C was great though we didn't need it much, and my friend loved the patio downstairs off that bedroom. Perfect Airbnb and I hope to return.

Pat & Krysten were very responsive and helpful. The house is well maintained and cozy, place was just as described. Kayaking was very enjoyable, we enjoyed the nearby trail. Fishing was not the greatest, but likely due to the tides we experienced. All in all great stay and very enjoyable!

My family & I came down for our annual Florida trip & we could not be happier with the place we chose! This Airbnb was beautiful and fit all of our needs. Would 10000% recommend to anyone traveling down & we will definitely be back! Thank you for being the best Host!

Overall really great stay for our week long trip to Tampa. Very responsive, friendly and helpful host, which we so greatly appreciated! Would highly recommend this stay, very conveniently located to everything you can possibly think of. Would definitely love to stay again!

Stayed here for a quick getaway with family and my toddler. The pool and space was perfect! The kitchen had everything you need plus more. The host was extremely accommodating, even provided a pack and play for my toddler to sleep in which was awesome. Would recommend and stay again!
