This is our second time staying. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. There is a very nice large open area. Not sure if the pictures do it justice. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked as if you were at home. Two bedrooms and bath are on one side of the house and the other bedroom and bath are on the other side making it great for two families. We skied at Caberfae which is a short 10 minute drive. Janette reached out to us prior to arrival to let us know the check in instructions. Everything went very smoothly. We are already planning next years trip, and will definitely return. Highly recommend !!!

This place was awesome. Very peaceful location in a perfectly sized cabin that we continuously appreciated the more time we spent there. The nearby nature surroundings are great and you’re only minutes from the downtown riverfront and other activities. The private section connected to Lake Michigan for sunsets was an added feature. Will definitely stay again.

Home was exactly as described. We had a group that went for steelhead fishing and it was about 20 minutes to the dam. Home had everything we needed for our stay. Very east check in, clean house, very large shower and cozy living room. Cozy Kitchen is great option for breakfast or lunch, Tracks Bar in Brethern or the Redneck Yacht Club are good choices for dinner. You can also take a drive into Manistee for shopping and restaurant options as well. I would definitely stay here again for another fishing trip.

A perfect stay for our family of five on a ski trip to Crystal Mountain (the storage area, including boot warmers, was a great spot for gear)! The house was clean and nicely decorated with all the thoughtful essentials (plus games and activities for kids). The host, Jessica, was friendly & quick to respond with any questions. The concrete floors were warm and the fireplace cozy! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay for Presidents Day weekend skiing. The house was very close to Crystal Mountain and was incredibly convenient considering the amount of snow we had. The house was well stocked for our family and the kids loved all the games provided. Very family friendly space! Their team plowed the driveway and shoveled the sidewalks, we were very grateful. There was a lot of snow during our stay! We really liked having the cubbies and laundry room off the garage to take off our ski gear and dry them immediately. The only thing I wish we had was a garage door opener or code so we could come in through the garage exclusively. We have small kids and did not want them tracking snow in/ through the house. We will definitely return to this house in the future, it would be a great space for an adult trip or multi family trip.

Loved our stay at this Airbnb… very comfortable & homey… & such gorgeous views- especially from the master bedroom (our grandson really liked the twin bed/window-seat)! Loved walking the beach… perhaps because was early in the season, but only saw one other person on the beach while we were there. Loved the sunsets & the dark sky! Was hoping for northern lights (no luck!) but the stars & the sliver of a moon were beautiful. Flew a kite on the beach with our grandson… climbed the 120+ stairs to inspiration point… shopped gift shops in Frankfort… rock hounded at Point Betsie… climbed the dunes at Sleeping Bear Dunes… & slept great every night to the sound of the waves on the beach… so peaceful! Our stay was a combination anniversary/family trip & we were greeted with a Happy Anniversary balloon & bottle of wine… we felt very welcomed & cared for. Thank you for a great stay… we have already recommended this Airbnb to family & would definitely stay again!

Paula and Tim, this place is always spotless, well equipped and truly feels like home! We are so happy when we pull into the driveway,we know our trip will be perfect! This is our home away from home,we stay here about twice a year and they are the nicest people

Paul was great. Responsive and helpful. Had a couple of questions about how things worked while we were there and he responded within minutes. Solid sleeping for 10 without pullouts.
