Really enjoyed our stay here + easily felt at home! the unit was clean, as well as the cutleries, dishes, and pans. rooms were also clean and are comfortable to sleep in. Hosts are also very responsive and very proactive in answering my queries ☺️ thank you maam Edlyn!

Loved everything about the place. It fits 6 people comfortably. We love the dining table outside. That's where we ate our entire stay. It's quiet. It's clean. We all had fun during our stay.

First time to visit Pico De Loro and it was perfectly amazing kasi sulit na sa lugar mas pinasulit pa nung sa place pa ni Ma’am Jem kami nakapag stay. Sobrang bait ng mga tao, hindi lang sa caretakers kundi lahat ng mga crews and members sa Pico. We are looking forward na makabalik sa Pico together with our family na para mas masaya :) Thank you Ma’am Jem, for accommodating us and thank you sa pagtulong sa akin sa last minute errands kahit gabi na hihihi

Jennifer is very responsive and easy to deal with. Because of Jennifer's place, we were able to enjoy our stay in pico de loro. The place is clean and big enough to accomodate 6 persons.

We loved Dan’s place! We’re a family with 4 kids — a teen, a pre-teen, our ASD son, and a baby — and it worked great for all of us. The layout is simple and easy to move around, which we really liked. Super comfy, clean, and has that hotel feel. Everything was working fine and well taken care of. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Pico!

Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

This is my 2nd time at Pico, but my 1st time staying at Michelle’s place! The view was absolutely amazing, and we really had a great stay. If I could rate it 100/100, I totally would! Their service was impeccable, and they responded to me right away. The room was so much more spacious compared to the first Airbnb I stayed at in Pico. They even helped me out when I left my phone charger and went above and beyond to send it back to me. Big thanks to Michelle and her caretaker, Raquel, for being the best!

Ms. Ariza was a life saver! My Pico unit was double booked for a next day booking, but good thing she was very responsive and accommodating even late at night! Would love to co-host with her again soon!

Great hangout place for families and barkadas. Clean and comfy, with lots of games to keep everyone entertained. The unit is is also walkable from the subdivision gate. Host is responsive and friendly.

The house was beautiful just like in the photos. Great place if you prefer a private location. Had lots of rooms and individual beds, so was perfect for our company outing. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Tide was very low when we went, mostly sandy and calm water, so was good for small kids. We enjoyed the free paddle boards, just be careful there are sharp corals in some spots further out. Beach isn't as great as other more popular areas. Caretakers were kind and helpful. More food and water sports near Matabungkay beach about 10 minutes away but it's quite crowded and dense. Highlight was really the house, it was beautiful and relaxing, good for family or company bonding. Kit was very friendly, quick to reply, and provided complete details and recommendations. Thankful that we got to borrow her place.

Highly recommended! The whole family, especially the kids, enjoyed our stay. Has complete amenities, beautiful and peaceful environment, large area that can accommodate big groups. We had a great time at K Lebrix Nasugbu. One of the best family vacation places we've had. The house was very spacious and clean. Very comfortable for a large group. The surrounding was very peaceful and beautiful. Ate Juvy was so friendly and responsive. Everything was great. I regretted not booking the place for 3 nights. Would definitely come back!

Ambience: Relaxing yung place kasi maganda yung design nya. Maraming syang wood na theme so nakaka-relax talaga. Space: Malaki din yung space, pwede mag-park yung 4 cars if may bisita or gathering. Yung mga rooms malaki din and may AC each room. May small reading area sa taas and sala sa taas, aside sa baba. So, nakakatuwa talaga. Kumpleto din sila sa amenities like mga gamit sa kitchen, tubig, ref. May water cooler din. Host: Napakabait ng mga host. Very accomodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend this and will book again :)

I've stayed in a lot of units in Pico, and this one by far has the best balcony! Breezy and cool, even in March at 12 noon. It's a bit above the level of the trees, so you see and hear the birds chirping away. Definitely the best way to spend a lazy weekend. If you prefer to be indoors, the master's bedroom has an equally breathtaking view as well! Baron is a great host, responds within minutes. He is hands on and was quick to address a problem that arose. Would definitely book his place again.

The unit was a great place to stay - clean, had enough big space for 8 pax, comfortable, fully furnished. The owner, property manager, and caretaker are all approachable, easy to talk to and kind. Will definitely book again!

Caryl was very responsive and provided clear instructions. The place was amazing with the mountain view. The unit was unique and spacious for 2 guests. It is near the country club and beach access is suitable for walking as well. The unit is highly recommended.

This was our second time staying at Joel’s condo unit in Pico de Loro, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the kitchen was complete with all the wares we needed for cooking meals. We did notice one electrical outlet that appeared to be burned, but aside from that, everything else was in good condition. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marlon's condominium! The unit was spotless and beautifully maintaine, the clean, modern aesthetic immediately caught our eye and made us feel right at home. It’s clearly been thoughtfully designed, both stylish and cozy. As a couple traveling with a pet, we were so pleased to find the unit pet-friendly. It made our stay stress-free and complete. One of the best parts was sipping coffee on the balcony while enjoying the breathtaking mountain views, absolutely stunning and so peaceful. The concierge and security team were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile and ready to help with anything we needed. Marlon’s place is perfect for couples looking for a relaxing, picturesque escape. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay! Don and Darby were super responsive and even shared helpful details ahead of time to make sure our check-in went smoothly. The unit was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The only slight letdown was the balcony view; we were expecting a full mountain view, but it was partially blocked due to ongoing construction in front of Jacana. Still, everything else made up for it, and this trip was definitely one for the books. Would love to book this place again in the future! P.S. Pico gets really packed during Holy Week—would recommend visiting during off-peak if you’re after a more peaceful experience.
