We have a gravel side yard with a gate to block the sight of the trailer from the road per Marco regulations. A boat lift and floating jet dock are available for easy use of kayaks and paddleboards. Pool is set to 88 F 🏝️ Upgraded beds, now have 2 queen Casper mattresses and 1 king Casper mattress. House is tiled throughout.

Guest who is booking the reservation must be 26 years or older. There is a fee of $100/night per person for any guest over 7 in total up to a maximum of 9 guests. For example, if you have 8 guests, then the extra charge will be $100 per night. Please enter the exact number of guests before completing your booking.
