Flooded with natural light and decorated with shabby-chic beach theme. Relax in the open plan living area, covered outdoor alfresco area, or rear wooden deck with large Hampton style deck chairs. The main open plan living area has futon couch and flat screen TV or retreat to the sleep-out/ third bedroom which has additional TV and couch.

Easy access and parking, minutes from Sunshine Coast Airport, Mount Coolum, and 20 minutes to Noosa and the hinterland. This little known special pocket of the coast is truly natures paradise.

The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Sun Filled Beach Guest House, Mudjimba

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. Five minutes from the Sunshine Coast Airport is the perfect place for a romantic getaway. If you are feeling energetic, head down to the onsite gym for a quick session. Freshen up then head across the road for breakfast at one of the many alfresco eating venues and coffee shops , or take a short drive to Coolum, Noosa, or the amazing Eumundi Markets for lunch. Come back and relax on the manicured lawns by the massive pool or take a sixty second walk to the pristine Marcoola Beach.
