My villa is ideally situated just 15 minutes from the Geelong CBD and the surf beaches of Ocean Grove and 13th Beach. Most of the outstanding wineries on the Bellarine are within 30 minutes, and 5 minutes away you have Melbourne's biggest water theme park Adventure World. We are also only 90 minutes from Melbourne and the Great Ocean Road is 2 hours away. The villa is free standing with quality fittings throughout and is in a very quiet location with everything you need to have a relaxing break.

Quality cotton bed linen/towels no microfibre! Portacots, high chair, bouncer and stroller for infants. Large DVD collection, games/books for kids on rainy days. Leather lounges, rustic floorboards, modern kitchen, bath, undercover BBQ area. Fenced/secure large backyard with garden for the family dog.

Ride your bike in the endless Bellarine bike paths. Visit the various wineries around, or wander to the many nature reserves in the Bellarine.
