This is a fantastic place to stay, and worth every penny. The cabaña and its deck are very comfortable, and I quickly got used to stepping around the corner to the kitchen when necessary. Sean is a superlatively easy-going and friendly host, who responds to all questions and helped hook us up with an inexpensive and fun fishing outing. I *almost* picked four stars for the location, but that would be absurd. What I'm thinking about is a minor degree of noise: there's some usage of power tools in neighboring properties, and on my first night there was loud music that was probably associated with a fishing tournament party vibe that was just about over. Otherwise I had a grand time. Other occupants were cool and fun people, and the setup gives you all the privacy you need.

A very private and comfortable house on a small lovely farm a quick drive to several good surf breaks. Everything is clearly maintained with great care but not the least bit fussy. Amira is welcoming, responsive and generous with her knowledge. She made me feel like I was on vacation before I’d arrived. I’d definitely go back.

My boys and I loved our stay at El Rancho to surf camp. Jiani and Lorenzo were friendly, welcoming and just great people. We had excellent surf lessons with Lorenzo as beginner surfers that we will never forget. He was so patient and knew how to help the kids catch a wave in no time while also giving us great tips on picking waves, speed and much more. I'd love to come back and enjoy surfing, great people and the beautiful surf cafe they have on the beach. The boys are still talking about "Surf Bomb" chocolate drinks! Thank you for a wonderful stay to our Canadian family.

Wir waren 3 Nächte bei Elli und es war großartig. Sie hat uns schon vorab geholfen eine Tour zu organisieren! Die Kommunikation mit ihr ist perfekt und sie ist sehr darauf bedacht, dass es ihren Gästen an nichts fehlt. Falls etwas war, ist sie sofort zur Stelle gewesen. Zu der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls nur positives zu sagen. Es ist alles neu und die Küche ist mit sehr vielem ausgestattet. Des Weiteren ist es sehr sauber und so, dass man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Danke für die schöne Zeit und dein Engagement.

Had a fabulous week right on the beach. Enjoyed sunrises and sunsets, swimming and beach walks. Close to restaurants like Bruno’s and Kambutaleko, where we enjoyed sunset dinners with beautiful views. Rented surfboards from Kenny (Cambutal surf company) and surfed near the casa. And took 2 amazing tours (boat tour and horseback tour) with Azuero Adventures. There’s so much to do in Cambutal- all within walking distance of this casa!! Krystina was very helpful, check in was easy and we had everything we needed! She gave lots of local advice and helped us order fruit from Luis- delivered right to the door. Kitchen was well stocked, we had lots of towels (including beach towels) and the AC was great in the bedrooms Wish we could have stayed longer!

Alice destaca entre las super anfitrionas. Muy profesional y resuelve todas las consultas o pequeños problemas que uno pueda encontrar. Además tuvo la amabilidad de aceptar que mi hija y mi yerno fueran huéspedes adicionales en nuestro alojamiento por una noche. Es una cabaña preciosa en un ambiente campestre, muy cerca (en automóvil) de varias playas hermosas, cada una con su atractivo. También hay restoranes cercanos y otros servicios (viajes en lancha, pesca, snorkeling) que funcionan muy bien. Alojamiento y anfitriona 100% recomendables.

La Brisa was a great place for our first month in Cambutal! Only a 5-10 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. The place was clean, and the area is stunning! We felt super safe here and Kristoffer was an amazing host -- super responsive via Whats app with answers to all our questions. :)
