This is a quintessential Australian beach shack in a lovely peaceful location with an easy walk to the beach. Spacious front deck with lovely views a great spot for morning coffee and the odd sundowner. The shack was stocked with everything we needed and there were a few lovely individual touches that made us feel very welcomed. Decorated with wonderful art and funky furniture appropriate to the shack vibe we really enjoyed all the amenities provided. As a host Scott was always easy to reach and we appreciated the suggestions for places to eat and / or stock up on the way to our escape. If you are looking to relax and recharge this is the place, just beautiful.

We loved our stay, the house was awesome, spotless with everything you need with beautiful view from every windows and wildlife at your doorstep. Nicole has been really responsive very kind and helpful ,couldn't except better. Just be aware that in summer the road close by the house and can be a bit busy with the beach and campground at Rapid Bay (it didn't spoil our stay at all).but in same time your are just 5 minutes away from the beach . We had takeaway at the Thai food Hunger-Eze and it was delicious don't miss it. Don't forget that it is a bit remote so, do your shopping before as the General Store just got the basic, however they have the best Ciabatta bread ever. We highly recommend the house and thank Nicole for her professionalism and kindness. We would love to come back in winter for a weekend and enjoy the fire place after a day exploring the stunning Fleurieu .

Fantastic house for multiple families. Had everything you need, even the deep fryer for the fish we caught. Perfect location, right on the beautiful ocean. Definitely would come back again and will recommend to others.

Lovely house, well furnised. The layout of the house with separated sleeping spaces made it Ideal for our group (two couples with young families). Everything functioned as it should have and we had a great stay. Kids loved exploring the front and back yard, as well as Marion Bay and Innes

We enjoyed a great stay at Caroline's airbnb. The location is very good with a short walk into town via two main paths with Stansbury a lovely little coastal town to visit. The house is very comfortable and matches the (many) photos with some great artistic decorations and interior design. Outdoor space was great.

The perfect spot! We had such a beautiful stay and did not want to leave! Everything about our stay was great, the house had lots of amenities including great coffee! We loved waking up and watching the sunrise over the water each morning. The property felt very private and we had our own private access to the water, we felt like we were in Noosa! Emma was a fantastic host and very responsive. We started our trip with unfortunate timing as there was a blackout affecting the entire Yorke Peninsula over a very hot couple of days. Emma was so accommodating and let us postpone our trip to the following weekend. We also had another hiccup when we arrived to the property when we realised there was no gas. However Emma again was very responsive and was quick to have a new gas bottle dropped off and connected making it no issue at all. We had such a lovely weekend, thank you Emma!

Hide & Sea was clean and comfortable(mattress great) . Loved the colour of furnishings and the smells of diffuser’s, we felt at home. The outdoor kitchen was a treat over the 4 night stay. Innes National Park was lovely and the park pass appreciated. Would definitely come back and Marion Bay itself was a great base. Kitchen utensils were a plenty 😊 Thanks guys for an enjoyable stay

Thank you Jason and Halina, we had a very enjoyable Easter break in your lovely home at The Pines. We enjoyed some lovely walks along the sea front, enjoyed your comfortable outside area eating meals out there, our boys made great use of the basketball hoop! It’s definitely one we’d love to return to. Absolutely felt like home away from home. Thank you for being so hospitable and making the whole experience easy for us.
