The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

No cleaning fees with your help! This is a quiet cottage getaway. Nestled in Upland, close to Taylor University, Indiana Wesleyan, and Ball State, this is a convenient location to have a relaxing stay.
