This is a large modern apartment on the lower level of our own house. Private hill location in a quiet street. Separate entry to the apartment with total privacy. Secure off street car parking in an enclosed yard with a motorised gate. It has a kitchenette, and has one large bedroom with en-suite, and also a separate large lounge. Great audio and TV system.
