This spacious, bright and quiet apartment is centrally located in the historic and picturesque Grand Harbour area of Floriana, just 7 minutes walk from the heart of Valletta. The apartment is on the second floor (no lift access) of an early 20th century listed building and has high ceilings and a traditional Maltese timber balcony. The space consists of a fitted kitchen equipped with all appliances, a large master bedroom, spacious living and dining areas, and a bathroom with walk in shower.

A newly renovated 1960's 3-storey townhouse located few footsteps away from Marsaxlokk promenade. One can also reach the stunning St Peter's Pool in 15 minutes walk. Right into the spectacular Birgu's harbour creek this apartment enjoys 180 degrees unobstructed breath taking views. Valletta (World Heritage by Unesco) the capital city of Malta which has been also chosen as the City of Culture 2018 is reachable in only 15 minutes by ferry from my apartment. Ferry berths a few metres away from my place.
