Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

First floor has a mini fridge, smart TV, instant hot water kettle, coffee maker, bottled water, day bed with plenty of bedding in storage. Then you climb the ladder and go up to the tower. There is another single bed. Out the door is a private deck overlooking the San Juan Islands with a table and chairs. This fully custom A frame cabin was hand crafted from salvaged old growth timbers and hand milled lumber. She is built to the highest quality and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. We have been using Airbnb for years, and are now super excited to begin our journey as hosts! This is a lovely cottage home with great views of Snohomish river and Cascade mountains. Access to the river is a short 3 block walk, where walking trails are plenty. You will find yourself a couple of minutes from either downtown Everett, or downtown Snohomish. Take in the many cute eateries, and antique shops, and water front views that both of these cities have to offer!

Cantilever rotating umbrella can cover the hot tub and fire pit table. There is a fireplace for cozy evenings & 5.1 surround sound home theater in the front room.

Cute tiny house 5 minutes from Snohomish. Loft ladder is steep! Sits on family property of 6 acres. The bathroom comes equipped with all the amenities plus washer/dryer. Nice kitchen with fridge, stove and kitchenwares. We have 2 teenagers, 2 dogs and we run a custom cabinet shop on the property. Again…the loft ladder is STEEP…use at your own risk!!
