This cosy 4 bedroom cottage looks over the Market Square in the centre of Masham. The Grade 2 listed property has interesting features in abundance. A living flame gas fire keeps the lounge perfectly warm and cosy. There are 4 bedrooms 2 of which are en-suite the other double and twin share the house bathroom. This delightful, characterful three bedroomed cottage is located in the very heart of the beautiful market town of Wetherby. It is situated close to all local amenities, tastefully furnished with onsite parking and a mature, private courtyard garden Wetherby town centre with its extensive range of coffee shops, restaurants, bars and shops is only 2 minutes from your front door. Also gorgeous river walks, beautiful riverside parks and local cinema and indoor pool are just on your doorstep.

Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

Holme View, Masham

Holme View is a terraced cottage on the edge of Masham which was renovated in 2014 and has been redecorated in 2020 and upgraded to align with the new Fire regulations in 2024. It sleeps a maximum 4 people in two bedrooms (1 king size; 1 superking or 2 x singles), is fully equipped for holiday use and rated 4-star by Visit England. It enjoys it's own parking and attached garage, and looks over open spaces towards the River Ure at the front and the Black Sheep Brewery to the rear.

The Salt House Cottage, Pilmoor

Guests have a small private grassed area with a table and chairs. The cottage has dishwasher, washing machine and wood burning stove, all logs included. We do not accept pets. In summer, when the swing seat is out, guests have access to the main garden. The cottage has no internet connection but depending on your network, a good 3G or 4G signal can be accessed. We do not accept bookings from people who smoke or vape. Check in from 2pm, check out 10am.

Sunnyside Cottage is a recently renovated stylish cottage in the beautiful vibrant village of Hampsthwaite which boasts a local shop, public house, cafe and hairdressers/beauticians together with its own idyllic church. Hampsthwaite is nestled in the Yorkshire Dales with many local attractions on its doorstep. Sunnyside Cottage comfortably sleeps two people and is an ideal romantic getaway and a perfect base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales.

Ridings Cottage is attached to the owners historic, victorian home with connections to the Bronte sisters. It is self contained with one spacious bedroom which has a very comfortable double bed and a pull out sofa bed. We are close to Dewsbury Hospital with easy access to Leeds, Huddersfield and Wakefield. M1 and M62 motorway links. We have made the cottage as comfortable as possible to ensure you enjoy your stay.
