A welcoming space in a bright, sunny room that is located on the edge of Gower, making it the perfect base to explore Mumbles and the Gower peninsula. The property is situated next to Clyne Golf Course and the private room has views over the fairways. Located in Mayals, you can enjoy walks from the door across the golf course, through Clyne Park or along the promenade to Mumbles. It's a short drive to the Arena, Swansea University and Singleton hospital. The room has private access and parking.

Our Airbnb is a colourful, cosy and creative completely private space attached to our mid century bungalow. It has its own entrance, mini kitchen, double bedroom and en-suite shower room. We are in a quiet yet convenient and walkable location for the beaches, coast path, Castle, shops, restaurants & bars in the village of Mumbles. There is free private parking directly outside the house and we are within a 10 min walk of Mumbles village in one direction and the beaches in the other direction

A quaint and homely space with lots of natural light in a private and quiet area. This property is a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to Singleton Hospital, Swansea University (Singleton Park Campus) and Swansea Bay Sports Park. It also has easy access to the town centre and the Gower. This is my primary residence that I list on here whilst I am away, therefore a second bedroom will be locked up for storage. There is also an allocated parking space to the side of the building.

It’s a short 5 minunte walk to the seafront promenade where you can enjoy walks and take in the sea air, and a further 10 -15 minute walk into Mumbles with all of the amenities including a wide variety of local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The location is also ideal for those wanting a gateway to the Gower Peninsula, which is a short drive away with award winning beaches and beauty spots.

La Petite Maison

Located just a few minutes away from Mumbles, our lovely little bungalow is the perfect getaway. Light, airy and modern. Restaurants, parks, beaches, shops, bars and lots more close by. A short walk down to Mumbles promenade and onto the seafront. We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we have. We are huge dog lovers, so if you have a well behaved pooch please don't leave them behind, they are welcome too! It is gated and fully enclosed, with a private driveway.

Room has wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table & lamp. Fridge & freezer, microwave & kettle (with cups, plates & crockery).
