Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, desk, pellet stove, mini-split heat and cool. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner. Non smoking, non-drinking guests.

John Riordan House Built in 1898 Vacant for 60 yrs

Highest rentable space in Jerome. Authentically restored to it's original 1898 condition. House had been buried in mud since 1953 until the compete resurrection in 2012. The John Riordan House has obtained RATING IN THE TOP 5% OF ALL AIRBNBS WORLDWIDE and the most 5 star reviews in Jerome. This charming cabin is located in the pines of Crown King next to a small creek and 1/2 mile away from the town Saloon. The cabin has 1 Bedroom with queen bed, family room with pull out bed, full kitchen, full bath/shower, relaxing porch, fire pit and gas BBQ Grill. The cabin has easy access. The town of Crown King is located off a 26 mile dirt road. Our cabin is accessible by car unless there are extreme weather conditions.
