With parking available, this space offers a unique & trendy “midwest boho” vibe. ~WALKABLE~ Our studio is 1 block from the bustling Southeast Missouri State University, 1 block from the gorgeous Capaha Park, and 2 blocks from Mercy Hospital. If you are interested in night life, this space is simply a 5-10 minute walk to all DT bars and restaurants.

Charming 1940s farmhouse. Updated 1 1/2 story house in a rural setting overlooking the Mighty Mississippi River, but close to the heart of Cape Girardeau. Our house has lots of room to relax with a large kitchen and sunroom. You can sit by a cozy fire pit and enjoy chilly evenings watching the beautiful sunsets. We look forward to you spending time in our neck of the woods (so to speak). We are located with in seven miles from the Isle casino, SEMO state university and a happening down town.

Historical Kage House

The Building is reminiscent of eighteenth-century New Orleans architecture, and was built sometime before 1883. The Kage House is located at 120 Broadway in the historical district and is less than a minutes walk to Main Street and less than a 10 minutes walk to the Isle of Capri Casino. On Main Street you will find many fine shops and restaurants, or just enjoy the scenic area as you walkabout. This is by far one of the best places in Cape. This cabin is part of the original homestead that was established in 1855 by Valentine Kimber. Located close to wine trails and interstate 57.
