Our home is well loved and is a great place to spend some quality family time. It is close to the Salisbury Airport (SBY), Salisbury University (SU), Perdue Stadium (Delmarva Shorebirds) and short drives to University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), the beaches in Ocean City MD, Asseteauge Island, Md and some Delaware beaches too. Winterplace Equestrian Park is within 4 miles and Pemberton Historical Park is just across town. Price includes parking in the attached oversized 2 car garage.

We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). Welcome to the "Basil Cottage" at Good Earth. The cottage is the perfect size for a family, with 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed, and 2 single beds) a kitchen, and a living area. You'll be staying on our 10-acre property, 4.7 miles from Bethany Beach. Convenient amenities include an on-site restaurant, market, theater, and ample parking. Our AIRBNB "Village" includes 2 tiny houses, a lofted apartment, two cottages, a "glamper", and 4 tent sites. Staying at Good Earth is more than just a beach trip.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Located less than 5 miles from downtown Lewes and Delaware Beaches. The cottage guest house is nestled in the woods adjacent to a tree house overlooking a tranquil pond with a calming fountain sounds. On the main property guests have access to a in ground swimming pool (seasonal) with a 60 foot lap lane and slide, schedule times with hosts.. The backyard also includes an organic garden, playground and 🐔 chickens.
